Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Chino

This place is a joke. I walked in at 6:00pm to employees already taking items out of the station to clean for the end of the shift. I tried to order one bowl and one burrito. Only brown rice was available as the white rice was gone. When I asked if I could wait for white rice, I was told they wouldn’t be making any more for the night. I got past that and continued. I then went to order steak and the lady again said “we have no steak” so I asked how long and was told they wouldn’t be making any more steak for the night. I proceeded to ask what options they would have available, and from the back the chef yells “all we will have for the rest of the night is chicken bro”. After that response I decided to leave.

Absolutely unprofessional organization. I have no idea how an establishment this poorly ran is allowed to stay around. 0/10 stars don’t waste your time with this chipotle, it’s easily the most neglected...

I'm sick of the Chipotle's trying to stiff on quantities everywhere. Especially this one, they try to work so fast when preparing your bowl that they rush and cannot even keep the food on the serving spoon when they transfer it into the bowl. They train all new people to rush like crazy and therefore skimp on quantities. For the meats, they should have a square tray like subway and measure out the exact same meat everytime using this tray rather than measuring out using their eyes. This is why I don't buy mixed drinks at a pool in vegas, because the bartender just raises the bottle and pours what they think is a shot into the glass - even when it comes to guacamole - they are charging extra for this but still don't measure it out properly! I only go here because my boss makes me! They will also only offer the mixed veggies if you ask them to put those in. I'm sick...

I had an amazing meal at Chipotle today! The food was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. My bowl was packed with delicious ingredients, from the juicy grilled chicken to the fresh pico de gallo, shredded cheese, and creamy guacamole. Every bite was bursting with flavor, and I really appreciated the generous portions. The side of fresh greens was a great addition to balance out the meal.

Beyond the food, I was pleasantly surprised by the creativity on the packaging! The hand-drawn artwork and message on the bag added a fun and personal touch to the experience. It’s small details like these that make the visit even more enjoyable.

Great food, great atmosphere, and a little extra creativity—Chipotle never disappoints! Definitely coming...
