This was our first visit here and the ice cream is great but the staff there today was very rude. The gentleman helping us rolled his eyes when I asked for a sample, acted like it was a chore to help us, slammed down my friends ice cream at the register, sighed when I asked for lids, and was overall just unpleasant. Glad they’re open. We love cold stone. The staff is nice. Wish they weren’t stingy on mix-ins. They also don’t use real Oreos which is sad. When asked they said they do but they clearly don’t. Cost cutters. It doesn’t taste or look like the real Oreos. It’s false...
