Today I walked in and ordered 1 bigger plate with kungpao chicken mushrooms & 3 cheese rangoons. They were running out of Kung Poa so I asked could I wait for a fresh batch. Maritza told me yes but to pay for my food now and that she would tell me when my food was ready, so I agreed. When she handed me my plate I assumed the fresh Kung Pao was added and that my order was correct. When I made it home and begin to eat, the rangoons were stale and not fresh, and I noticed I wasn’t tasting any difference in my two chicken servings and that they both looked the same but somehow two of the peppers that are usually in the kungpao was mixed in with all mushroom chicken & thats when I knew when Maritza accidentally swapped my plate with another order so instead of me receiving my Kung Pao I received a plate with all mushroom chicken. Now mind you two days prior to this incident I ordered the same meal but this time with 4 rangoons instead of 3, I walked to my car and realized I didn’t receive the rangoons, when I went back in they had my rangoons sitting in the package and forgot to give them to me and just handed them to me immediately “like whoops” and when I made it home I realized I only had 3 instead of 4, the next day when I explained to the manager who was Carlos I was told the order only comes with 3 rangoons, I said I understand that, but I actually paid for an additional Rangoon, and Stephanie who by the way is a very sweet worker, remembered me and my oder from the night before and gave me the rangoon no problem, but the Manager carlos tried to argue with me and go back and forth and was very rude. Now fast forward today 12/11/24 I called to speak to Carlos about the error of the mushroom chicken. He told me to come and they would give me a fresh plate. Once I arrived Maritza immediately started raising her voice at me and telling me she gave me Kungpoa chicken and that I am lying. I was so taken back by her attitude, I asked to speak to Carlos and then Carlos looked at the meal and told me he believed Maritza and that I always do this. Then Carlos refused to give me a fresh meal and tried to only give me the KungPoa chicken after telling me he would give me a fresh plate once I arrived, I drove all the way back just for Maritza to greet me by yelling saying she didn’t give me the wrong plate and for Carlos to tell me he isn’t making me a fresh plate. Carlos did end up making a new plate with barely any food this time. I asked for the number to call and complain and I was told by Maritza that it’s on the receipt, another lie, it was not on the receipt at all. Me & another customer looked and couldn’t find the number at all. I have only visited this location 5 times recently, since I have been craving Panda, and today and two days ago were the only times Ive had an issue and came back to let them know. I was so angry I started crying and one of the customers gave me a hug and left the store because she felt so badly for me. I have never in my life been treated so poorly at any panda express location this is the very first location I have ever had a problem with. I was trying to avoid leaving a bad review on google, but Im just so fed up, frustrated and angry with the way I was treated by Carlos...
Read moreIf there was an option to choose one star, i would. This is by far the worst panda express ive ever been to in my life; both service wise, and food wise. The employees are so disrespectful and dismissive, but i can see why with the type of manager leading them. She was completely unprofessional every single time I’ve visited. She speaks so loud and as if she’s berating me or something. I asked her for a cup of water after ordering 5 plates of food, and she comes up to me yelling to throw it away as im filling it up. Despite this, i gave them another chance, and ordered again a couple weeks later. I placed my order online, and when i went to pick it up, it wasnt there. I told her about it and she started yelling at me telling me that I’d already picked it up earllier and that i was lying, even though I had just pulled up from a completely different city. When I called later on to ask for help, she yelled at me over the phone and hung up immediately. To add on, the food isnt even good, and is usually cold, and looks like its all scraps and not even actual food. And to bring up hygiene, I caught one of the cooks smoking outside when waiting for my order once, and then he came inside and didnt wash his hands, and immediately got back to touching all the food and cooking. This is the worst panda express ever, and I do not recommend visiting this location. I dont know whats up with the power-tripping manager, because she definitely has a lot of audacity to get disrespectful with customers when shes living off the money they pay with. Place definitely needs to be looked into immediately cause I cannot believe it is still even open. Absolutely ridiculous...
Read moreThis was by far the worst Panda Express experience I’ve ever had, and I’ve been to plenty. Shockingly, the manager and her staff were arguing over fortune cookies right in front of customers. My family and I—five people total—ordered five meals, including three kids’ meals. We received only three fortune cookies, which I noted after witnessing the staff’s absurd behavior.
When my kids tried to take an extra cookie, the manager pulled the box away from them, as if they were stealing something valuable. Then, to top it off, a staff member told my son he’d have to pay five dollars if he wanted more. Fighting over fortune cookies with children? That’s beyond ridiculous. Not a single apology, not even a “sorry for the inconvenience.”
This location clearly needs training, from customer service basics to managing the simplest of situations with courtesy and professionalism. Just look at the reviews—three stars in such a short time since opening. It’s obvious something...
