My experience with the pupusas at this place was truly outstanding. From the moment I walked in, the welcoming atmosphere and customer service stood out. The staff were friendly and attentive, making for a positive experience from the start.
As for the pupusas, I must say that the quality and authenticity of the food was exceptional. The dough was perfectly prepared, with just the right combination of softness and firmness. The filling was delicious and well seasoned, which enhanced the overall flavor of the pupusas.
The menu offered a variety of options, from classic cheese and chicharrón pupusas to more creative combinations. The presentation of the dishes was attractive, and the portion was generous.
I would recommend this place not only for the delicious food, but also for the exceptional customer service. It is a destination worth visiting for those seeking culinary authenticity and...
Read moreI wish I could give this place a zero rating, here’s why; No menus, printed or QR code Very poor customer service (unless you know the owner. Busboy touching food with glove he’s been cleaning tables with 🤮! Over priced Missing ordered items. Clueless owner stated nothing is her fault, it’s her employees… who trained them? My food never arrived, but the rest of my party said food was tasteless. The cashier was eating, speaking with food and her mouth and ringing ppl us at the same time.
In summation it is obvious they don’t know how to run a customer service oriented business. Needs to learn that when things go bad, she is responsible for it. If something does go wrong correct it, make things right for your PAYING CUSTOMERS. As the patrons are the lifeline that will make your business flourish. First impressions mean a lot, this one was a...
Read moreI saw that they opened up recently near Latimex Market. I bought a plate of Churrazco ($20.99), which has casamiento (beans and rice), avocado, chimol (salsa), sausage and grilled green onions with a large grilled skirt steak. I ordered revueltas ($3.75), horchata Salvadorena ($5.99), and Ensalada ($6.00) to try as well.
Their curtido and salada were good, the revuelta was fresh and hot with plenty of filling. The churrazco was tender and seasoned nicely. The casamiento was the only one I did not like, it has a very sour smell to it but everything else was good.
The drinks were a good size and tasted fresh, the ensalada had lots of chopped fruit bits inside. The horchata was a bit different from Mexican style horchata but it was good too, no rice inside but I think a dried fruit seed grounded and mixed into the drink.
The staff was nice and the place has...
