I just get so annoyed when you tell them your order at the drive through. Its quiet outside your in a quiet running car you tell them your order and they say im sorry I couldnt hear you so you repeat it a little bit louder. Then they repeat it back to you. But when you drive off you notice one item is missing. So I look on my receipt and sure enough they didnt charge me for that item. I would much rather have them get the order correct . yes we all make mistakes but it wasnt even busy at the time I went. And as far as the food goes it was good. But the chocolate shake i will not order again until I see or hear of a new and improved real chocolate flavor shake. Because the so called chocolate shake they serve now is anything but chocolate in flavor or color. I have only ordered it three times each time thinking oh they didnt put enough chocolate in this it will be better next time but no its been the same blahhh taste each time. So for me its 3 strike's and your out. I usually always go one beyond the everyone deserves a second chance and go with three. But...

New BBQ dogs were a mouth full! Great flavor and overflowing with toppings and flavor. Props to the kitchen on the Carolina and Texas dogs, well done and uber flavorful!

Now down to business, staffing was limited to the point I was in the drive thru for what seemed to be 10 minutes with no movement and 5 cars ahead me...Luckily I was able to back out of the drive through and park. With my hunger and love of BBQ guiding me, I walked inside and placed my order. Within minutes of receiving my order I was well on my way, satisfying my hunger with onions, BBQ sauce, and all beef HD's. To my dismay my final cravings were interrupted by the sound of locking doors as the dining room was closed to customers due to a lack of staffing at 6:30pm...come on Der Wienerschnitze! Major disappointment on the dining experience today, however this location has with stood the test of time and met my expectations many times over since my first visit over...
