Magic Wok — Restaurant in Chino

Used to be one of my favorite Chinese food spots until recently. Last time I got it, my gf and I felt sick the entire next day. Went back tonight, 3/1/22, and was served what felt like a very light serving and the quality of the food suddenly tastes like it came out of a can. The fork is stabbed into the styrofoam and you can see the fork slots still, even seeing the plate under the the thin layer of food. The weight was at least half of what I usually get, could swing the plate in the bag with my pinky. The box is noticeably smaller too. I feel ripped off for $9.59 I spent for my Combo B/2 . First time my gf and I were hungry after splitting our plate. Also the first time I could honestly say that my disappointment is immeasurable and my day is ruined... (update my stomach is incredibly upset and it hasn't even been an hour...

I was starving from a busy day of shopping & I decided to stop by for a bowl. The chinese lady working the counter was very unfriendly, did not offer me any samples, and could not understand what i was telling her. First I asked for rice & a little bit of noodles. I noticed immediately that she put less food in my bowl than she did for the previous customer. I asked for her to give me lighter colored meat from the teriyaki chicken tray and instead she made me a "light bowl" with barely any meat to feed a mouse. Half of the "meat" she put in my bowl was just chicken skin and not meat at all. I would have been better off spending $2 at Carl's jr. I regret eating here today as the old chinese lady in front is the worst! I would go back & ask for my money but they didn't even give...

A Plea for Tangerine Chicken!

I'm writing to express my profound disappointment that the Tangerine Chicken is no longer on the menu. This dish was, without a doubt, what set your establishment apart from every other restaurant. It was a unique and incredibly delicious offering that made your place a must-visit.

Without the Tangerine Chicken, your restaurant, while still serving good food, now feels like just another option among many. It has lost that special something that truly made it stand out.

Please, I urge you to bring back the Tangerine Chicken. It would not only bring back a beloved dish for many patrons but also restore the unique identity and appeal of your establishment.
