Went there this weekend on Sunday 12/18/21 around 6pm the white girl with the blonde hair was very rude as soon as she spoke. I started to place my order and she rudely stated that I could not place two separate orders and that if I wanted to place a separate order that I would need to come to the front. I said ok then she said so what do you want to order? She was rushing us, and said hello?! Meanwhile me and my friend who needed the separate order had discussed forms of payment for the same order since the worker made a huge fuss about it. I ordered a chicken sandwich for my friend and then my friend said she would go to the front to order (like the rude worker stated to do). So I asked if the worker can just cancel the chicken sandwich and before I could order MY order she quickly cut me off and said ok thank you meanwhile I’m still talking saying I’ll take two hamburgers. The worker then didn’t respond to me even tho I said hello and she proceeded to take other people’s food orders. I was upset that she was rude and she cut me off and didn’t let me order so I got out of my car and went and knocked on the window and asked her so you’re not going to let me order? She was not apologetic didn’t say sorry for the misunderstanding or anything like that she continued to be rude. I told her she didn’t need to cut me off while I was trying to order I said I’ll take two burgers and she told me well you can go somewhere else. This poor little girl thought she had some authority there. Meanwhile I pull up to the window her whole face is red like she just got embarrassed and/or yelled at for her behavior. Then another nice professional worker came and took my order. Unlike the pathetic blonde She apologized for the blondes rude behavior and even stated it was a misunderstanding which the other girl couldn’t even do. She then kindly took my order. The blonde white gurl has ZERO problem solving skills, doesn’t know how to apologize or take responsibility for her own mistakes. She has no customer service skills and it’s honestly yysad. No wonder why she works in a burger...
Read moreThis establishment is truly remarkable, standing out in a crowded culinary landscape. The consistency in food preparation is nothing short of impressive, as each visit reaffirms the high standards they maintain. It never disappoints, which is a rarity in today’s dining scene where quality can often fluctuate. During my fourth visit, I decided to bring my partner along to share in the experience, eager to introduce them to what has become one of my favorite spots. On this occasion, I ordered a small burrito filled with bacon, egg, and cheese, making sure to request a crispy tortilla to enhance the texture. When it arrived, I was thrilled to see that it was executed flawlessly. The burrito was neither greasy nor overly buttery, which can often be the downfall of similar dishes. Instead, it struck the perfect balance of flavors, with the eggs, bacon, and cheese harmonizing beautifully. Each bite was a delightful combination of savory and satisfying, all wrapped in a perfectly grilled tortilla that added just the right amount of crunch. Without a doubt, this is my favorite breakfast burrito in California! The experience was not just about the food; it was about sharing a moment with my partner, enjoying the ambiance of the establishment, and relishing the joy of discovering a culinary gem. I look forward to many more visits, each promising the same level of excellence that has made this place a standout in my...
