Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Chippewa Falls

Decent pizza not spectacular... But the service... Below sub par. Not trying to be mean here but I honestly don't know how they're still in business. And now this last pizza.... And I mean last had things on it that I am allergic to, not to mention....things that straight up don't belong on a pizza... And they cooked it into the cheese etc. Thank God my friends pay attention better than I was. April 28. The guy that answered sounded STONED Drunk or high you aren't handling my food. It certainly explains the quality lately Unfortunate update, my wife unfortunately ordered from them again.. we have both now discussed and general consensus is never again.... Her pizza has golden edges and looked GREAT........ But .. And here in lies the kicker the center is basically RAW the center portion of the pizza is uncooked! We pulled back the cheese...yup not cheese, wiped the sauce away and. Wouldn't ya know it... Raw dough. Fine.. mistakes happen.. call them up because hey, it says it's a satisfaction guarantee and they'll make it right...

So we call.....and wait ..... And wait ..... And get a young kid that sounds hi as a kite. Uh yeh, Domino's..

We explained the issue...

WELL.... like how doughy is it?

RAW the middle is uncooked...

We had to argue our side...no it's not cheese, yes we looked,

But the ticket says well done..

Well I am telling you nothing you did was well done!

Uh...well I guess bring it back in and show us and we can.... Yeh no, after all this and the fact you're arguing with me over a stupid pizza I think I'm done here. Satisfaction guarantee my butt :/ It'd be one thing if it was doughy no...it's RAW the outside cooked center isn't..how hard is that to get? Every job I've ever worked if I argued with the customer the way he did I'd have been fired on the spot! I'll be talking to corporate. I used to like dominos, now I just hope they shut down for the safety of others...who knows what's going on in that "kitchen" I can't even remember the last time I've had such...

I have NEVER had a more terrible interaction with Domino's than I did today. I'm am highly disappointed in the way my mom, 12 year old son, and myself were treated today by the manager, Samantha, at our local Domino's. Last night, I placed an order, for 2 pizzas that I wanted picked up today. My mom was going to take my kids back to school shopping and I thought pizza would hit the spot for lunch. My 12 y/o son went into Domino's and came back out a short few mins later. He was told, by the manager, in a very condescending tone, that he wasn't getting the pizzas because he stilled owed money for one. He called me and I told him I would send the receipts to him, via text (they are time stamped, shows the order, and also how I paid for the pizzas the night before). No big deal. He took the receipts into Domino's and she refused to honor them. I called the store, kept my cool, even though she hung up on me when she decided our conversation needed to end. I called my mom (she was at the store with my boys) and updated her. My mom, at that point, went into the store showed the manager the receipts and told my mom that she was done talking about, put her hand IN MY MOM'S FACE, and told her to leave. My mom is in her 70's and was a teacher for over 50 years! She's a respectful person and she didn't raise her voice either. I can see the manager's point, if there was no proof of purchase, but I had and PROVIDED that! Needless to say, I will never do business with Domino's again. My family walked out with 1 pizza, instead of two, and Domino's kept the rest of the money they said I hadn't paid. Too bad for you, Domino's, because at least once a month I place giant orders to treat my kids' Soccer teams, church groups etc. I wouldn't get pizza from you again if...

I'm not sure why I am writing a review for this place. You know darned well what you are getting, which is a compliment to Domino's. They are extraordinarily consistent. We inevitably do takeaway pizza, because I know that 15 minutes and 45 seconds after I hang up the phone, my food is in a box ready to go. I like 15 minutes away, so it works.

Since most of you order delivery, I will tell you that the inside of Domino's is cleaner than some local places, and they work very hard to train their staff (there is always someone different there, learning). Dominos drivers on the whole are older and more cautious than Toppers, who, while they have one or two superstar delivery drivers, have had a couple of dangerous idiots delivering pizzas (yes kid driving the Audi with tinted glass, I am glad I don't see you running red lights and stop signs all over town any more).
