Corsaro's Family Pizza — Restaurant in Chowchilla

I made an order for delivery yesterday June 26th 2021 As I was making my order the person getting my order put me on hold 3 different times while taking my order as expected it was wrong my adres was wrong my phone number was wrong I was told 40 to 45 minutes which is not a problem after 1hr and 15 minutes I called and asked if my order would be here soon I was told the delivery person was at my house and no one came out I asked what adres did they have down I said that’s wrong.. mind you I’m in the system so they have my correct and Info but because the person never bothered to repeat my order like I asked it never got corrected not mad at any of this people make mistakes BUT once we finally get the right information down the very polite lady at the phone says we will have ur order there in 30 minutes so u can get a fresh pizza I said Awesome thanks… the delivery was for my family member who doesn’t speak English and doesn’t know much about technology the delivery person gets there my family member took 5 minutes to come to the door by now he had been waiting for the order for over 2 hrs the most rude and disgusting attitude man throws the pizza at my family member who has no idea why this man with curly short hair and light completed is being so rude and just horrible he still manages to say thank you to him for delivering his food needless to say we will never return to this place I never had anybody deliver food like that when it was THEIR MISTAKE not mine we where still super patient with them for over two hrs and to be treated like that was just flat out horrible 😣 the one star that I’m leaving is for the nice lady who ACTUALLY took the time to say I’m sorry mam we will make you a new one and try to have there within...

I order 4 bread sticks to go and I'm told it will take 30-45 minutes. Okay, that's fine. EXCEPT I show up 50 minutes later and they're STILL NOT DONE. I'm told it will take another 15-20 minutes. So, I order a beer which turns out to be 25% foam and sit patiently, running my half an hour lunch into nothing. And guess what... MY LUNCH IS OVER AND MY 4 BREAD STICKS STILL WERENT DONE!!! Don't order here unless you're renting out the whole place, service is terrible.

So it's been a few months, I think "Why not, let's give this place another go, my friends still like it." I give this place a call and I'm put on hold... for 7 minutes. I can hear everything in the background, because all they did was put the phone down, and for 7 minutes they took orders inside the store. Called for orders and served orders until after 7 minutes, you know what happens? I hear a second phone ring. The same girl who picked up my phone answers this phone and takes that callers order. I'M STILL ON HOLD HERE. YOU JUST FULFILLED ORDERS IN YHE STORE, ANSWERED A CALL, GREETED THAT PERSON AND THEN TOOK THEIR ORDER!!! UPDATE: 9/24/17 Corsaro's is a staple in our town to say the least. If you have ever had the cheese and garlic breadsticks with pepperoni then its safe to say that you are addicted for life. The breadsticks alone are worth making the trip to Corsaros. However, don't bother ordering anything else that isn't pizza related, because the quality is subpar. I feel like if a pizza place sells hot wings, they should be good. Corsaro's does not have a fryer so you get baked hot wings with a few squirts of sauce on top, yes on top, not tossed, which you could just make at home. There are also garlic fries on the menu, which should just be removed since they don't have a fryer. We received burnt fries, which looked like they had pepper on them, and it turns out it wasn't pepper at all, but burnt garlic powder. Even a couple of our bread sticks were burnt on this visit. I really like our local pizza place and hope they can improve their quality because the people of Chowchilla deserve good places to eat.

Recommendations to the owner: Update your website. 2.Train your Staff. Improve the quality of your food. Get a fryer so you can make proper hot wings to go with the pizza.
