McDonald's — Restaurant in Chowchilla

Little racist Mexican crew didn't want to make my burger and stood over the half assembled thing shooting the breeze with talk with their friends on shift, but the white teammates where cleaning the lobby, letting my burger get cold. Which was the second burger. The first came out of the kitchen all messed up. When I said I wanted a refund the manger laughed and returned my money like he was on the prep cooks side when he let me watch my burger get cold. Then the manager had the balls to ask if I wanted the cold burger after the refund had been processed. They might think they can serve McDonald's food the way they want here. I took my buisness to the competition. I hope they lose their jobs and learn a lesson. If service like this continues it will only become acceptable and it is not. I do not think this is how McDonalds...

My wife and I went through the drive thru when we ordered our food the cashier read our order right when we got our food we should have checked it to make sure everything was there because when we got home we didn't have our full order so we went back I went told the cashier about the order she told the supervisor in charge of the kitchen area she handed me one item and not the rest thinking she wasn't done with my food I waited for 5 minutes and nothing so I got her attention was asking why I hadn't received my other food I showed her the receipt she then said ok I'll get them for you we ordered sausage egg Muffins she brings me two egg Muffins with conaindon bacon I was very kind and said where's the sausage she said you didn't ask for sausage that's when got upset I explained more clearly what I wanted finally she got...

This McDonald’s was hysterically bad. We couldn’t help but laugh when we got up to the window after a little bit of a hassle putting our order in. We didn’t think anything of it until the lady at the cash register repeated our order and we let her know that we also ordered 2 x 20 piece Chicken McNuggets. To that, she replied, “... oh yeah, I have that right here, but it says that you have only 1 x 40 piece chicken McNugget. My wife calmly said yes that’s fine, to which the cashier said that they will be putting them in four 10 piece boxes. My wife, took a deep breath, and let them know that everything will be just fine like that. We couldn’t help but bust up laughing on our way to the second window when we picked...
