My Friend and I went here for lunch and while I was locking up the vehicle, she went in ahead of me because she wanted to wash her hands and use the restroom. I saw her try the side entrance and it was locked. Then I saw her go to the front entrance which was opened, have a conversation with a team member and hurry back to the restroom. The odd thing was, I saw the same team member hurriedly follow behind her. I was thinking, What the Heck, when my phone starts ringing and it's her telling me to drive down the side street and she'd be walking and to pick her up.?! Long story short, when my friend had walked in, the male team member had told her she could use the restroom because she had mentioned she was there to order lunch and wanted to clean up first. Well the Sr. female team member heard the exchange and when my friend was almost to the restroom, the female started following her yelling the restrooms were locked and closed. By the time my friend got to the restroom the door was open and she went in. Then the female team member started yelling at her through the door that she was going to call the Police if my friend didn't come out that minute. Needless to say, my friend finished doing what she had to do and casually sauntered out the front door with the female not only still yelling at my friend but the male team member as well for giving my friend the ok to use the restroom. I did pick her up as she was walking down the side street. She didn't want tge female team member to see the vehicle or possibly get the license plate number like she was threatening to do. This incident...
Read moreWent through the drive through. Ordered from your AI bot. That was fine, because what I ordered and the price on the screen was correct. The Big Carl sandwich for $6.59+ tax, (which includes two patties, cheese and lettuce). Ordered onion rings. Total tab, around $12. Not much to some, but a treat for me. I was told to park out front to wait for the “freshly cooked” onion rings. That’s fine too, even though there were zero customers inside or out of the restaurant. That should have been my clue.
Halfway home I reached into the bag to grab an onion ring to eat on the road. They were hot, but there were exactly four onion rings in the container! You do the math. So pissed!! But rush hour, so didn’t turn around. When I got home, this is what the burger looked like. One hard burger (not two), cold, hard-around-the-edges bun. Please note the lack of/condition of the lettuce.
But the “staff!” They are the ones who prepare and serve your food, represent your company and your brand. They are responsible for feeding your customers. Again, congrats on the new AI bot order taker, but I hope that this is not the kind of staff that some of us are fighting for, to receive a $15/hr. minimum wage. Or are they just profoundly disgusted by what they are forced to serve?
I have lived near this location for a “LOT” of years. It has been in steady decline. I used to prefer Carl’s Jr., but this is the worst this location has ever been. So disappointed! Won’t be...
Read moreCustomer service was excellent actually. The burger was fine, fries weren't salty enough or hot enough as we had eaten there to kill some time. I am not one to complain about fries though because I don't really care for them but eh. Table we chose was dirty so had to clean ourselves, why not choose another, well it was the closest and several were the same with crumbs or hadn't been bussed so. Now with that being said, customer's are nasty y'all need to bus your own tables. It is NOT their job to clean up after your nasty butts. If your momma, daddy, auntie, uncle Jimmy, grandpa Eddie or whoever didn't teach you to have respect for yourself or others I'm hear to tell you to check your privilege at the door and wipe up YOUR MESS! It is NOT THEIR JOB! So gross. I don't know where this thought process came from that people think just because someone works in the food industry or customer service means they are to fully serve you. Um no! Yes I did bus my own table before and after I sat down. Show some respect for these workers who have to deal with rude disrespectful people all day. - from a non...
