So yes this is an older apartment however, the staff is extraordinary. I’ve had a great experience living here. My only thing is for the owner to maybe update/renovate these units. Insects and crawlers somehow have an easy time getting into them. As far as the sinks and water pressure could be higher for proper and thorough wash of dishes and what not. The outlets and electrical should be taken a second look out to prevent any fire hazards. No! I’m not saying this is a nightmare you’re walking into because these can easily be fixed and they are done fast. This complex has an amazing manager and her coworkers would not hesitate to help. Only compliant I have is the parking. The parking is shared with the other apartment and spaces are limited. You have to fight really hard to find street parking if you have more than one car.
