Flower Island — Local services in Chula Vista

I have been 3 times at this place, 2 times I ordered a delivery and both times the order was not like they show on the picture. The first time it was for mothers day, I paid for a cake looking arrange, I choose the color yellow because my mom loves yellow flowers. Well the day before the delivery I receive a call from this place telling me that they run out of yellow flowers, but it was already paid and even though I got mad I said it was fine. Another time I ordered those prom flowers, again they were not as advertised they were way to small and they were kinda dry, but I didn't care because I just wanted to have fun on my prom day. The other time I ordered a delivery they didn't even bordered to knock the door, they just left the flowers on the floor and left. Also the flowers were not as advertised again, they were way too small, and missed a lot of flowers from the arrange. And let me tell you something, this place is not cheap at all, even though they charge you a lot they still don't do your orders right. So if you see something you like expect it to be way smaller, have less flowers, not be similar to the picture, and basically get a different thing from what...

I am very displeased with this flower shop , I placed an order from all the way in the Caribbean to have a bouquet of flowers delivered to a friend and the arrangements looks nothing like what I saw on their website and to add insult to injury I added Mylar balloons which they never delivered along with the flowers but they charged me for it , how can you charge me for a service I never received ? I am highly upset about it and I won't even recommend this flower shop to any one , did I mentioned that they just placed it on the door steps because she took a minute to open the door ? If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered flowers via 1800 flowers.com and Flower Island was supposed to deliver the flowers to my wife. I received notification that the flowers were delievered. I immediately went to my door to pick up the flowers and they were not there. When I called Flower Island to inform them that they weren't delivered, the lady who answered the phone said well I put the arrangement together and they were sent out for delivery. The best thing that she offered was sending another order out in 4 days. I feel like I was being treared as though I wasn't telling the truth. They had 1 job to do, they failed at it and gave no good resolution or...
