We frequent this particular location often and I feel it's time to share some of our criticism to help your restaurant and team make improvements. I read reviews on Google before writing my experience and it seems like your customers are making the same complaints over and over (rude service, incorrect orders, increase in prices but quality is decreasing, small portions). This is disappointing because it seems like these mishaps and discrepancies are not being corrected. We don't want to stop coming here to Chipotle; we just wish we could have some good customer service and quality food, like your motto says, "real ingredients, real purpose, real flavor" and "treating your people right." These are a few of many complaints to give you examples of poor quality service: A young, female worker in particular always makes us feel rushed, makes our meals look sloppy, and does not do her job correctly. The grilled peppers/fajita were running out and when my husband asked if more peppers were being prepared she adamantly said there were no more peppers. She didn't even bother to look in the kitchen or ask a manager. My husband had to ask the manager and the manager said, "Yes, we have peppers!" She wrapped up my tacos before the peppers could even make it on my tacos, nor did she finish asking if I wanted any other condiments, so she had to open the foil up again, but my peppers were still given on the side. Messy, sloppy, cold. Another example: I've asked for two chicken tacos and one taco has 4 little pieces of meat and the other taco has 8 pieces. How is that consistent and how is that going to taste? I ask for sour cream and there's a little dot on one corner of the taco. You should train your employees to be consistent when making the food. Another example: Feeling rushed ALL THE TIME. We're asked what we want and before we can even speak she is asking "Do you want this, do you want that?" All of these examples and sloppy food-making is not part of your value system. This complaint is not to bash your restaurant and staff; we genuinely wish and hope this feedback is received in a positive manner so these things can be fixed. Please make these corrections so your customers will return. Don't reply to this post saying, "We are sorry you didn't have the best experience, etc..." The best thing you can do is train your employees to provide the best possible service so that when we spend our hard-earned money, we won't have regrets. Thank you. P.S. I tried sending this feedback on your website and it doesn't allow me to press send. You might want to fix that, otherwise you'll be getting a lot more...
Read moreAs in any chipotle you have to be mindful of the way you order your bowl if you want to recieve optimal results. I got for myself a bowl with white rice (Make sure they do 2 scoops), a little pinto beans, half chicken half steak (make sure half and half, not double protein unless ur feeling it), and then I topped it off with, corn, cheese, lettuce, guacamole (don’t be like me, and make them top your bowl with it instead of in the middle so they don’t feel as confortable skimping), and finally sour cream on top. They honestly did good with portions and I only had to ask for a bit extra sour cream just to fit my liking, but they’re generous and accommodating. I also put red sauce on top of mine, but as I found out later I’d recommend having it as a side instead for convenience. I also tried the vinaigrette, but honestly it’s not that good and throws the flavor off. The tiktok mukbangers made it look so good, but it’s not very flavrlful however the flavor that peaks through isn’t particularly yummy. It’s vinaigrette at the end of the day, heavyyy on that vinegar part. I’d say just get sauce and your boo tbh. I also highly recommend getting a tortilla on the side. I didn’t even know that was a possibility and for 50 cents it really does elevate the meal significantly. For drink, I did pay for one although they have paper water cups so idk who would stop me if I wanted to break the rules and drink soda from it, but I’m not thaat brokey so I’ll be mindful. I don’t usually get chipotle, and when I have in the past it hasn’t been great, but I liked the bowl I had today and I’ll come again when my check hits good. 17 dlls is pricy, and I can’t even imagine what it’d be like if I wanted double meat but I know it would be fire. Hopefully they don’t do me dirty here in the future, but for today...
Read moreSo I just got done working out really hard a team training with Chuze Fitness and I decided to come here and eat. While the quality of the food was good, a few things dictated 3/5 stars. The portion of rice was really weak, and I had to ask several times to add more rice, and the server would take a giant spoon full, dump 90% and then give me the left over, and mind you this happened from the first to the last request. Next off the portion of chicken was so light I asked for carnitas to be added and she gave me a giant serving which I thought was odd.
So, here we are, ready to pay, and the cashier is chatting up this woman who was not in line to begin with and I'm left standing there for about 40 seconds or so +-. Finally he starts when someone from the back comes out and takes over, but no he is in training, again mind you no one called any one out, and the server didn't tell the cashier what I ordered. But, I finally have my food, my drink, seated at a nice quiet spot by the window..let's eat!
WAIT!!!! Why is the queso dip and guacamole so salty o_O so I try a chip alone and it's pretty dang salty, so I went to request different chips and dude was chatting girl again...so I sat back down, said F$&% it I just won't come back to this location for their overpriced lack of service.
Hope this review helps...place was clean,...
