unisushi — Restaurant in Chula Vista

Would not recommend this place due to customer service. When you go in to pick up your order, no one acknowledges you even when you are standing infront of the cashier. All the waiters and waitresses just pass you by without so much as a greeting. Today, I get to eat sushi that has been sitting on the counter because I walked in, no one greeted me for about 10 minutes while I awkwardly stand infront of the cashier - girl with dark curly hair and glasses. One of the waiter finally helped me ring my order then leaves. No one helped me while I stand there for another 10 minutes - no one updated me if they check to see if my order is ready or I need to wait longer. After a while, the cashier (females curly black hair with glasses) asks me what I’m waiting for. After my response, she grabs an order that has been sitting in the counter for a while since I have been there that turns out to be mine! Well, guess what, the roll does not taste fresh anymore after sitting there. This place needs a better system for online or phone order pick up. We got to the restaurant and the waitress told us to sit down at any open table. My wife and I saw an empty table and decided to sit next to the bar and a window were they only have two tables. Right as I was sitting down my legs got sticky and saw that they just wipes the booth but it was not wet anymore. It was like syrup in the bench. I asked the waitress if she had a napking to clean it and my wife told her that her seat was the same. The waitress really rude turned around without answering and literally threw the menus at the bar complaining to the chefs at the bar about us. My wife and I decided to change tables because we did not see her bringing any napkins. Once we sat down at the other table the rude waitress just looked at us continuing to complain. Used to be great and cheap now they don't even give you enough to feed 1 person(portions got tiny) they got more expensive too. I went in today for take out and when they only gave me one box I asked if the guy working there if he was sure everything was in there, he said yes and so I went home and when I opened the box there was 1 roll and 2 wraps in there, they missed a whole other roll!!! So I went back sense it was not enough food for me and my mom, they refused to give me my roll even though I showed a picture AND the receipt, finally after a lot of arguing they said yes, but then they ended up giving me another stupid wrap (1) and not the roll I paid for 😡 I am a regular customer but everytime I go back it keeps getting worse.
