Epic Wings — Restaurant in Chula Vista

Never had a problem with this store until now Ordered 16 pc pack of chicken strips mild they were over cooked to the point that the chicken had no more moisture in them stale and dry and hard and the mild sauce was not mild the sticker said mild but they gave me hot and also salty and we do not eat hot food because of stomache issues called them to complain and they said to bring the chicken back i will be bringing it back but thats not the point the manager said that was the policy i think the policy shoul'd be get it right the first time and don't waste customers time gas and money because it wont be replaced ....and also the manager was not to greeting or nice they treat you like you want a free meal and its not that i repeat get it right the first time also had friends come over to have dinner with epic wing strips and was canceled did plan it this whole week... "Don't appreciate it Epic Wings chula vista!"

(Edit: This location has improved greatly! They have recently remodeled and have improved there carryout system. Haven't had a problem since.)

I really really like this place and go often. Unfortunately the last two times the service has been all over the place. I always order on the phone to give them some time to make my 4 strips meal. But both times when I arrived they took 30+ minutes to bring me my food. And both times the meal was sitting on the pickup bar behind the register when I got there. They had forgot to check it and call my name. I didn't say anything the first time but this time I waited 50 minutes looking at the same bag sit there knowing it was mine but the cashier wasn't checking it. Once he realized it was mine I told him I needed a fresh made order cause it had gone cold. I will Change this review if the service improves. But it will be a little bit...

First of all, I love Wings n things, BUT this location sucks at customer service, or at least the one guy who happened to take my order and greet me does. I always get my single meal before I go to work, I like to call it in for dine-in so that I can just get there and sit down and my meal quickly before I have to leave for work. I always order half and half which apparently is no longer a thing, and then I get there and the guy at the counter completely dismisses me and offers to help the people behind me first. I had to remind the guy I was obviously there first as I’m all the way to the front, and I let him know I placed an order for dine-in. Then when I finally get my order I got it bagged... like to go... like didn’t I specifically asked for it to be for dine-in? With no utensils or napkins in the bag or anything. TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT. I’m never coming to this...
