I have been a card holder for 4 years. I was so excited no more delivery fees yaay right nope. Twice I have been to this store and the atmosphere the management absolutely terrible for Non Hispanic customers. There was a door buster sale for card holders I went to purchase a laptop for school for my son. The advertisement said for card holders. The employee says its for special card holders you can't purchase unless you pay full price. I ask for rhe management to help. He tells the woman in Spanish to not sell it to me as advertised. Not one word said to me or in English. I guess he thought I was not Spanish oriented I understood every word I walked out defeated . I Call Corporate nothing. Called again management on the phone says there are only 4 people handling complaints be patient Here is the advertisement for public view companies lie they are always the victims somehow. I will post to every site I can to expose you! Another BBB claim. I will be treated like a Card Holder one way or another. . It was a weird experience. I went there to get my baby a toy. Once I was ready I go ahead to the checkout. And with my luck their apple pay wasn’t working ( I didn’t have my card with me). I get it, it happens so I call my husband who was waiting for us at the restaurant next to the store so he can bring me his card. The associate put the toy on hold. After less than 5 min my husband came with the card( mind you I was with my baby so it was hard already being in a store with her). So I go to the checkout and tell them I was ready to pay , she was like let me take you to the registers by the beauty area I can help you over there, I follow her while still holding my baby. Once there she pass me over to another associate and she tells me to follow her back to the checkout , I go ahead and follow her. Once there she was like all of our registers are close I’m sorry about that( in my head it’s 2:30pm and no register is operational?). So she take me to another area next to the scooter area, the associate that help me had a good customer service she was distracting me by talking to me and finally the transaction was done. I mean I’m a very patient person, I can’t imagine if it was somebody else. That was just weird that at 2:30pm she had to open a register just to check me out. Maybe there was a specific reason but that was a hard experience for me especially carrying a baby and waiting for long time just...

This store is beyond AMAZING!! 5 STARS without any doubt. I came in 10 minutes before they closed. I was picking up a laptop I had just purchased online a couple hours before. I may have came in before I actually got the email, saying it was ready for pickup. But they were diligent, worked fast, and they found my laptop. They stayed open long after 9pm, just to make sure I was taken care of. Elizabeth, I believe is the lady that helped me. She is an all star in my book. She was courteous, polite, professional and worked efficiently to help me get my order. Thank you, Elizabeth!! Good customer service is hard to find in a retail store nowadays. I appreciate you!! Besides that, this store (I had never been in any Curacao store before) was bright, clean, well stocked, plenty of room for major shopping. I was impressed to say the least. They had giveaways of coffee pots, blenders and toasters for those who qualified for store credit applications. Did I mention this place has everything?
