Mariscos Negro Durazo — Restaurant in Chula Vista

I usually go to the one in Lemon Grove but came to this one since its closer to my house. Had a male server and have to admit he was the worse! He asked what my order was 3 times, then after getting my plate it still was wrong! I told him thats not what I ordered and his response was "well red are better". So I decided to just give the plate i tried, especially since I had my baby with me and I know he wasn't going to sit still much longer. Shortly after i pulled another waitres to my table because he wasn't very attentive, i explained to her the situation and called the waiter over, instead of him apologizing, he argued with me, saying he asked if i wanted him to change the plate. I responded with regardless you asked my order 3 times and still got it wrong. And he said ok so you don't want the food? I honestly don't know why someone like that is a waiter. Smh sad won't go back to that location. Guys just beware for the tall male waiter!! Didnt even catch his name, but im sure you guys will know who. He was slow and unsure of himself. Not outgoing at all...

THIS PLACE DISCRIMINATE PEOPLE WITH SPECIAL NEEDS. LIKE TO HAVE A SERVICE DOG ALL THE TIME WITH ME DUE A MEDICAL CONDITION. I will never stop again to eat in this place! According to the waitress for order from the owner name “JUAN” or “CARLOS” surprise that the waitress didin’t know His boss name!!!!! I have to prove if my dog was a real a service dog!! REALLY Sr.??? There is disabilities that you are not able to see! They make prove that my dog was a service dog. And after that they give me the OK to stay and eat!!! NO Sr!!! One night I decided to finally go eat here because it was dark and I didn't have much to eat at home. I remember seeing this place in Tijuana and only visiting a couple times, but it's been so long! So of course, I set out to try the San Diego version. We were lucky to get there when the place was empty & got seated right away. We looked at the menu and it's all seafood. The birria is only in the separate food truck, which was already closed.

The chips and salsa were so crisp and fresh, as was the delicious salsa fresca! Quick to whet my appetite well. So I got a kids order of basic fish tacos & fries with jamaica, and I got myself spicy fish tacos with cheese, and some fresh tamarind agua fresca to wash it down.
