Ate here 2/11/2020. I had the NOVO Burger and Fries, it was cooked to order and tasted delicious. I had a couple of the different beers. I am not a hops person. So I stayed away from all the IPA, however, it seems like everything had a lot of hops in it. Hops tastes like aspirin to me. So why the one star, ok..... Service was good, friendly and prompt. However, there is no table side service. You have to order at the counter and then they ask for a tip. There are no forks/spoons/knives or napkins at the tables. You have to get them yourself from a side bar. They have a couple large TVs so if you are into sports you will have a nice view. Remember they ask for a tip..... So the real reason for one star is plain and simple... they allow pets in the restaurant. There was a non-service animal pet dog allowed in the restaurant. Now don't get me wrong, I like dogs. But I am allergic to dogs. My eyes start watering, I have difficultly breathing and I sneeze. I was really disappointed they allow dogs inside the restaurant. There is a real health and safety issue with allowing animals in the restaurant where food is prepared and served. It is appalling that we live in a time where people think it is appropriate or ok to bring their animal in a restaurant. Animals can have fleas, track in diseases, feces, dirt and other filth they walk in, dig in and roll around in, into the restaurant for everyone to breathe and eat. After all that, the bill was over $50 for two burgers, two fries (fries are not included with the burgers, everything is a la cart), a couple beers and a soft drink. At this time, I cannot recommend and I don't see myself going back. How to get 5-stars, don't allow non-service animals in the restaurant. Include fries with burgers. For the prices you charge, table-side service is a must. Take it easy on the hops for the...
Read moreLast night's experience was extremely unpleasant. Walked in with a party of 11 for dinner. We were greeted nicely by the staff who quickly set up a table to accommodate our large party. We promptly began to order drinks and food around the table. One person in our party didn't have an ID, and we were told she couldn't be served alcohol. This was no issue to us since we were there to have a quick dinner and head home. As the drinks were being served, we noticed one of the staff members watching our table intensely. A short woman, semi heavy set, light skinned, bleached hair, exposed roots, with tattoos on her left arm, from what I could see. We later found out her name was Sandy, the manager or a manager. She repeatedly kept sending the waiters to check our IDs over and over. "May I see your ID again? My manager asked me to verify it" was the excuse we received. Granted, this was after the alcohol was served. This was extremely annoying, irritating, and uncomfortable. All the time, she kept watching us from the bar or her office. If we called a waiter over, she would intercept them first, pull them into the office, and send them our way. We felt targeted and definitely not welcomed during this visit. It's safe to say that we won't be back as we refuse to patronize an establishment that hires individuals like Sandy. I'm also unsure if serving alcohol before verifying ID is an ABC violation. Can someone weigh in? It's something I'm looking...

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my recent visit left me shocked and upset. The customer service was truly disappointing. While the food was decent, it was overpriced for what it was, and the kombucha was entirely forgettable. On top of that, the bill wasn’t itemized, which felt shady—something that could allow overcharging to go unnoticed.
The worst part of the experience was being asked to give up our table mid-meal. My elderly parents and I were interrupted so the staff could seat a slightly larger party at our table. Who displaces diners who are already eating just to accommodate another group? We reluctantly agreed to move only after the waiter promised us two complimentary beer flights as an apology for the inconvenience. Not only did those never arrive, but the waiter was dismissive and disrespectful when asked about it later—smirking and saying there was nothing he could do.
The entire interaction left a bad taste in my mouth. I felt we were treated unfairly and disrespectfully, and I can’t help but feel that racial bias may have played a role in the way we were treated.
In my opinion, this establishment is unprofessional, disorganized, and displays a disturbing lack of respect for its patrons. I strongly recommend taking your...
