Closed Cafe — Restaurant in Chula Vista

Customer service needs to be addressed here. Sunday at 5pm. Pretty slow. Maybe 2 other customers in the store. I Asked for an item and they forgot about my order. I had paid for several items. Then they said it was done but not paid for. So i paid after i was called out in front of other customers and my guest, then i was rudely told “if you don't believe me. I can show you the receipt ” They also forgot about the added ice cream to my order. Which again they forgot to charge for. To many chefs i. The kitchen in this place. Its all ok quality. But service here really really sucks.

Seems like they have the urgency to give you an order and get you out. What about the experience of the Nestle...

It's not the best place to get a dessert but if you're not really picky, this place is good to go to. We went there a few times. The first time around, the cookies were dry and made the ice cream sandwich taste bad. That was about a few months ago. We went back and the results were a bit better. Some of the staff were really nice. Others I think were tired and it affected how they worked.

We didn't get any food but based on previous reviews, it doesn't look good. I can't give an accurate review because I haven't ordered from that part...

5pm, 11/14/15. Ordered a wrap and a panini. My panini came out in a tortilla. The rude sales girl said "see, we cut it in half. That's what makes it a panini." Who ever heard of using a tortilla for a panini? No different than my husband's wrap. It would have been less bothersome if the girl had shown some sort of concern or offered to make something else. Very rude. She also told the couple behind us that they might not want to wait as she has a large order to make. She's not doing the business any good. Will...
