My wife and I went here for our 12 anniversary, it’s close to home and we rode our scooters for a little bit of fun. I will start off by saying that this was not the first time we have been to this establishment, and the previous outing was wonderful! On this special occasion we were greeted at the door quite appropriately. After looking at the bar seating, (live DJ night so too loud) we decided to ask for a table. We were escorted to a booth and after taking a seat I place my hand directly in something cold, moist, and squishy! I asked our hostess for a napkin and showed her the glob on my finger, she did return with plenty of napkins. Our server showed up and gave me a head nod and casually asked “ready”? I would include his name here, however he never fully acknowledged nor introduced himself. We ordered drinks and an appetizer and told mystery man that we would peruse the menu. Shortly after our mysterious man left, my wife then scooted closer to me, and promptly set her hand in a mysterious gelatinous grease doldrum. I then asked my wife of 12 years to step outside the booth, we were no longer going to sit in a filthy seat. The next person to show up dropped off our drinks and I informed him of the situation and asked if we could slide down to the next open booth. He was very accommodating and he placed our drinks on the next table. He then asked if there was anything else he could do for us so I told him that also, I asked for a lemon with my drink and if I could please have one. He promptly rolled his eyes at me and then brought me a shot glass filled with browning limes. I then asked him if I could speak to the manager and he said that in fact, he was the manager, Miguel. At this point I was beyond exasperated and I explained to Miguel our series of unfortunate events. I also explained to him that previous to moving to the area, I and my wife had spent years in the service industry waiting tables and tending bar. Miguel was unimpressed. In fact Miguel was not even apologetic. He did say that we could in fact leave if we so chose to and that the drinks were going to be of no charge. Shortly after our unnamed server came back with our appetizer, dropped it off, then stood there silently. I told him thank you. Mystery man nodded at me again and asked, again, “ready”? We left and went to Cheesecake Factory. Would...
Read moreMy husband and I have been looking forward to trying this restaurant since it opened. We finally decided to start going out to eat after COVID and had the opportunity to try this restaurant. Walking up, we thought it looked like a cool spot. We (my husband, teenager, almost 2 year old, and me) were seated..... then we waited.... and waited....we waited quite a while before anyone even acknowledged us. A girl said she'd bring us some waters. Another few minutes later a server took our drink order. After the one beer and soda was delivered, a few minutes later the water glasses were delivered and filled at the table. He spilled water all over the table, didn't acknowledge it, or come back to clean it up. We had to use our own napkins to wipe up the table.... and the white napkin turned black. We ordered the fried mozzarella sticks as an appetizer, the flat iron steak and fries, the lobster ravioli, chicken fettuccine alfredo, and the kids fettuccine. We waited about 30 minutes before the appetizer of 5 cheese sticks came out. About 10 more minutes later the entrées were delivered. We were dumbfounded when the worker (not our server) placed the food in front of us. "I'm paying $18 for 5 bites of fettuccine???" Then he put the kids fettuccine down, which was a larger portion size than the adult one. The lobster ravioli literally only had 4 or 5 raviolis on the plate ($23). The worker even told us "I know. I don't get it either. I just started working here two days ago. Sorry folks." Then walked away. The lobster ravioli ended up being cold and my husband didn't eat it. The fettuccine alfredo had very little flavor, but I ate it.... all 5 bites. My teen said the flat iron steak was good, just small ($23). Our actual server hadn't come back to the table. When we asked for him the manager came over. My husband told the manager that his food was cold, he wasn't going to eat it, he was upset that the kids fettuccine was a larger portion than the $18 one, and in fact he wasn't going to come back to the restaurant. A few minutes later the manager returned to tell us he had taken care of the entire check and when we were done eating, we just needed to exit the premises..... like we were the ones in the wrong here! Needless to say, we stopped at Chick Fil A on the way home and will never...

We have eaten here 6x and each was different.
We order the same thing most visits a Carne pizza (no mushrooms) and Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo.
The first 2 visits there were no onions or bell peppers (1 little sliver of green, see picture) on the pizza. The 3rd visit I asked the waitress if they can make it as listed without the mushrooms. It was made properly. The owner came over and introduced himself amd said the pizza would be made as I ordered it. I showed him pictures of the 2 previous visits and he agreed they were not correct. The 4th visit the toppings were not as much, but still met the menu. The 5th visit the onions and bell peppers were very limited, as in not all slices had veggies. The 6th visit the crust was made very thin and was soggy, this was the worst one so far. It was just not a quality pizza. Decent price of $21, if they could be more consistent we'd probably eat here more often.
The Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo decent for each visit, but the chicken portion varied from a few bites to so much chicken (in a good way). The price was a bit high for the portion size, the portion size is what I would expect for a kids size. No bread for that price either. The online menu says the price is $25...
We usually only drink water with squeeze of lemon or lime. The lemons and limes are not very fresh, likely cut days prior. The limes have browning at the cut edges, indicating the were not cut that day.
Some staff are very friendly and make this more of an experience over just eating out. Some staff seemed very strict and robotic in their time at the table, that just seemed very awkward.
Overall the place seemed clean each visit.
They Parmesan is store bought powdered that is served in a ramekin, it is often just clumped together, so use a fork to mix it.
To me real Italian food would have fresh grated Parmesan cheese. Maybe head to O.G. for that and bread sticks!
The free desert for a 5 star review was a Creme Brulee. It was not good, just tasted of sugar and not worth getting for free.
The 1st picture of pizza and pasta together, and the dessert was the first visit. The rest were from this past weekend.
Give it a try, you may get...
