Starbucks — Restaurant in Chula Vista

It was my first time visiting the location and its going to be my last time too. First of all the parking is so small and so hard to get a parking space. When I enter the location I had to wait a long time for the batistas to notice that I was ready to order. There was a person in drive thru a barista preparing drinks one cleaning the restroom and the other one just wasting time. I never waited so long for a barista to take my order. The place wasnt busy at all. When I order it took a lot of time to have my drink ready more than 20 mins. When I ask the barista about my drink she just said Im making right now. She didnt even apologize for anything. These was the worst experience in a starbucks I ever had. Super slow and bad customer service. I also notice when I was waiting for my drink they had a shelf where they display cups, it had a lot of dust. One of the cups it had a splash of coffee. I wonder how often they dust and clean....

Placed an online order for a grilled cheese at 3:45 p.m. with an estimated pickup time of 3:51 p.m. and did not receive order until 4:04 p.m. This is what I got, completely unmelted cheese on untoasted bread, after 19 minutes. Ron/Jon K blamed his co-workers for rushing him and said somebody had called out so they were behind. Said it would be one minute for a new one, and I was confused how it could only take one minute to cook, but he gave me this cold abomination of a grilled cheese sandwich after waiting patiently in the store for so long? He was very irritated and combative, I get it you're short staffed, but dude...don't get upset at ME when I come back with this piece of cold cheese and bread YOU prepared. Glad I checked the quality before leaving the parking lot. I asked if I should have gone through the drive-thru for faster service and they said yes, even though there was no line in the...

The service was 'ok' here. The drinks seemed to be pretty decent. I ordered 4 drinks and 1 cake pop, when the drive thru lady came to the window, she started to hand me the drinks. I asked her for a cup holder and she just gave it to me . She could see I was fumbling around putting all 4 of the drinks while she was giving them to me into the cup holder. She should have done this on the counter so nothing would spill. It kind of is common sense if someone asks for a cup holder for so many drinks, they should be placed in the cup holder and handed over to the person in the drive thru. I marked this review as a 1 star mostly because the way this location is set up is just SO POOR. There are a 'few' parking spots here, if you drive in, you can hardly turn around and if you need to back out, you will get in the way of the people waiting in the drive thru!! Who designed...
