This location is always busy, specially the drive thru. Drive thru attendant was impatient, order was very sloppy and the food was not consistently as good as it should be.
This location has been failing to keep up with or locations lately. I wish they would improve so I can keep stopping by since its on of the closest locations to me.

I gave this place another try, I was here and this time I decided to walking and avoid the drive thou. walked in, (no customers) started looking at the food to see what options I would good with, I was not exactly greeted and asked what I wanted to order. I requested a minute make up my mind. The server was not to pleased to have to wait 10 seconds, she was not in a good mood overall and seemed bothered to serve. I didn't mind and continued to order my food. As I proceeded to pay for my food, I was looking to see how many soy and hot sauces I was gonna get and as she was packing my order I saw her drop 1 of the 2 packets she was going to give me ( she did not see she dropped it) once she handed over the bag I looked to confirm I only had 1 and asked for another, she immediately replied she is only able to give me 2 more, (a bit aggressive, even the customer behind me noticed and looked at me like WTH) to what i replied you only gave me one, and dropped the other can I please get more. She was hella RUDE at this point and I called her out she acted like she didn't hear me.

Read moreIt's been a while since I visited this place and it is quite a disappointment. I decided to do drive through to practice a covid free, social distancing experience but that was a huge mistake. It took forty (40) minutes from the time I got in line up to the time i was driving off with my order. Signs were posted informing all customers that "masks are required" and "to make sure yo cover the mouth and nose". At the window where i paid and picked up my order, the team member who assisted me was not wearing a mask. To make matters worse, people were bypassing the drive thru line, parking and then walking into the restaurant to order and pick up their food and getting out of there in 10 minutes. The whole Covid free drive through practice was a farce. There was utter disregard for the number of occupants inside the restaurant counting the number of team members and the customers waiting in line. From my car I can clearly gauge that people were not six feet apart. I guess people would take the risk of contracting the virus rather than driving through to pick up dinner. The speed of the cars gave new meaning to the phrase "slower than molasses". I am reaching out to the operations manager/store manager to please exit the establishment and to walk past the line of cars and get a customer's point of view of your current procedures. Read morethis place is 50/50 but I've had more bad experiences than good. Today I did an online order for 3 plates at 942 am for pick up at 130 pm so more than enough time to have it ready. Its 140 and no text conforming my order. I get there they tell me they are working on it. then they tell me that the shrimp I ordered for 2 of my 3 plates was not ready yet and being in a hurry I switched it for something else mind you that shrimp is "premium" and you need to pay extra. the lady handed me my food and only gave me 1 of 3 plates not knowing it was incomplete, so then I had to wait again to get the rest of the order ready. finally got my food and I asked her if I can get a discount because the food wasn't ready on time I had to wait, and no one called/text me to notify me that some items were not available. She told me no that it was me they were waiting on and that's why my food was delayed. I was calm I didn't give attitude and neither did they, but I think I was in the right. When ordering online it ask for your number so they can notify you of any changes and I didn't get anything. I still got charged for the premium items, my payment wasn't adjusted and yeah it might be 4$ but if it isn't a big deal then they wouldn't charge "premium" prices for certain things.
