UPDATE
So we've been here a couple more times since this review so I feel like I can say what I'm about to say....which is you can definitely tell when the training staff left the building. We've been here maybe 3 more time since my original post and each time our food has been wrong. No crazy modifications but wrong each time none the less. Tonight's visit pretty much decided that we won't be back for the food. My husband ordered a Buffalo chicken sandwich plain (just buffalo chicken, cheese, and bun). It came back with veggies, mayo, and ranch. Not the end of the world but he has a slight allergy to mayo (nothing life or death but irritation allergy none the less). The waitress stated she asked for plain but it came like this, is it still OK. We said no because of the mayo. The rest could be picked off. She sent it back and literally came back 2 minutes later. The kitchen just took the current sandwich, scraped everything off including the cheese and sent it back with the bun still smothered in mayo. When she came back we asked that it just be removed from the bill and he could have my dinner. Minutes later the working manager (a man) came over and said "a little bird told me you have an allergy to mayo?" We told him it wasn't anything major it was more the kitchen quickly scraped it off and sent it back instead of being remade. His response was "oh that sucks....sorry about that" and walked away 😳. We have been very patient knowing it's a new establishment and that adjusting is just the normal but the way that was handled turned us completely off. We expected nothing outside of it being removed from our tab but the oh that sucks was a complete turn off. Maybe don't have your kitchen scrape condiments off food and send it back 2 minutes later??? We were pretty bummed out because we really liked this place but all of the issues started when training staff left. To make matters even worse after writing the update we put in a Togo order for a pizza and pizza cookie Togo the waitress came back and apologized stating the kitchen keeps messing everything up....no biggie, we are understanding. We had a coupon for a free pizza and when we asked for the check she came back and said this is for a pizza not the pizza cookie you ordered. Wait....you didn't even order the pizza togo?!?! Absolute complete crap show lol. I have hope but good lord will it be a quick minute before we try this place again.
Absolutely amazing food and environment! Loved it so much yesterday we came back today to bring our daughter. Service is great, food is on another level! This will for sure be our...
Read moreDine in, no issues as location was only moderately busy. Service was quick attentive and all around enjoyable. Lots of beer choices, though basically all of them major brands (which for me was a negative) but their in house stuff was better than expected. The only downside which is kind of a major issue was the food. My daughter got the pasta bolognas (Spelling?) which was $15, and honestly was about as plain pasta with light amount of red sauce as you can get, while it wasn't "bad" but for the price you'd expect alot more. The same went for the appetizer my other daughter got chicken and fries, again it was not terrible, however again at that $15ish price point it was a let down. Pretzel was actually more (larger) than expected and flavorful. Last item we got was a Calzone, and overall it had the look of an item that was prepared off site, frozen, and heated up for service at location. While it looked appetizing it was very bland in taste overall, another local chain Mattenga's Pizza calzones are lightyears beyond this and made fresh. This Calzone just was plane and not terribly appetizing, Hot Pockets have more flavor. Again for the price point walked out of there spending over 70$ and while it wasn't a terrible experience given the cost and the overall "meh" food I don't think it is somewhere I'd ever go again to. I don't see this as a location problem but an overall brand issue which is likely not to change. Its popularity is likely due to that it's new, but it wont be getting people to come back there...
Read moreKind of a mixed all over review but hear me out…first off the food is pretty decent! Pizza, pasta, Philly cheese steak, all excellent…..but the service and confusion is insane to me. And this isn’t just a one time thing, it’s almost every time I go. I went this past Saturday (3/8/25) and I kind of reached my breaking point with it. We sat down and had one server, who not even going to sugar coat it was neurotic, then ended up with a second server and finally a manager handling the mess. The food took a solid 45 min to reach our table, a pizza we ordered to go I’m pretty sure was never put in, my husband got asked if he wanted his chicken parm “roasted or fried chicken” and it came out with the smallest amount of cheese on top, a beer we ordered they didn’t have but somehow it remained on the bill, the receipt total was adjusted after we paid and realized the errors (it had been 2 hours at this point) and the table number and server names were different, we asked for side plates to dish up an appetizer and were given larger full sized dinner plates instead, and there were 7 of us and we got a stack of 11 plates (???? Still confused about this). It was a mess. I understand new employees, teenage employees, ect. But on a Saturday night this was just insanity. Again the food is pretty decent which is what keeps me coming back, but the service and organization of the staff...
