Wouldn’t recommend coming within an hour of close… Staff was not kind on multiple occasions.
if you don’t want to be open until 11 and stay until 12, as most food industries take an hour after close to clean up and close out, then my suggestion is to close an hour earlier… RIP to my fries lost in the sauce and to the chicken that was more sauce than meat. won’t come here close to...
Read moreMy experience was terrible. On Monday December 13 2022 at the Shertz location, I sat down at the bar and was not greeted or offered anything until two other gentlemen sat down at the bar across from me. They did not have to wait at all. I finally get a menu and ordered ten wings and smoky brisket tacos. I see the two gentlemen order there meals a good while after I ordered mine. Well they’re half done with there food and I didn’t receive mine. So I asked for the checked and paid for my food. The waitress tries to hand me my food and left a tip. After I paid for it and was on my way out. I said no thank you and left.
Put sign on the front door if you don’t want to serve different ethnicities. Plenty of other restaurants that will.
Update, I went there yesterday, Sunday November 12 2023 at 7:50 pm (Veterans day weekend) thinking let bygones be bygones. Was not looking for a free meal. There wasn’t a lot of people there that night. I sat down at the bar and was offered something to drink. I ordered water and a lemon. As I am waiting for the bartender (male) to come back to take my order, a couple sits next to me. Ten minutes passes by as I am ready to ordered my food and I was completely ignored. The couple next me orders drinks. Then they were asked if they were ready to order their food. Finally, I asked the bartender how much do I own for the glass of water. He said I didn’t owe anything and I left. I did report this to the manager as I left.

Read moreUpdate: I reached out like the response asked, and no one responded. We pass by this location daily, and we see less car's daily. I guess Willie's dont need business. We haven't been to a Willie's since this visit.
We used to go to this location a couple of times a week. The past few times the service was very bad and our food was cooked wrong. Tonight, I got a burger. My wife got a Cobb Salad. My wife asked for the cheese and dressing to be on the side. I asked that my burger have Mayo No Mustard. We received our food, which took a while and it wasn't busy. My wife's salad had been dressing all over it, but it was blended in, so you couldn't see it until she took a bite. I bite into my burger, and all I taste is mustard. I asked the waitress what happened and she didn't know but took my burger and got me a new one. My wife chose to keep her salad even though it was drenched, which is Ranch dressing. The funny part was they also brought the cheese and dressing on the side. When I got my burger back, it was greasy and wouldn't Stat in the buns. After a few bites, I was in the middle of the burger and started tasting Mustard. Looked as though the cook used the same knife to spread mustard and mayo on the burger. We paid our bill in full, tipped the waitress 20% because it wasn't her fault, and we will go to the Willie's in New Braunfels. The Cibolo one is bad and continues to get worse. A manager never approached us and apologized for the poor service and mistake on our order. That explains the "I don't care attitude you feel when you go to the...
