Churros where under cooked 2 times and I couldn’t get my money back. The second time I told the cashier it was still undercooked she broke my churro apart into multiple pieces with her fingers to somehow show me it was not under cooked, it still looked like dough inside to me and said she couldn’t give me my money back because I had bitten it and expected me to eat it after she had touched it with her fingers and broke it apart multiple times. If a customer takes a bite and they’re not happy they should be able to get their money back I didn’t eat the whole thing I only took one small bite. The undercooked taste is not what I going for, Worst churros ever like I told the cashier they can keep the money. Refunding me $1-$2 will not make my experience with this facility better.
