El Taco Jalisco — Restaurant in Cicero

My mom was waiting for more than 30 min and all she got were drinks ( she didn’t drink the beverages bc she was waiting for waitress to write down her food but never came back ) and the whole time she watched men come in AFTER her write down their food orders got their drinks and all of them got their food on time meanwhile she was waiting for hers. OH AND YEAH OF COURSE SOMEONE WAITING FOR THEIR FOOD FOR A LONG TIME WOULD BE UPSET SEEING THAT OTHER PEOPLE GOT THEIR ORDERS FIRST NOT A “ PHONE ORDER “ but sure, get the other people who just arrived, sit down order their food and got their food while she waited the longest. Make it make sense. Also a common courtesy of taking care of customer when having many orders ahead would’ve been informing the costumer how long their food would be take since “ there’s 23 orders ahead “ however, you did not. This was my go to spot, but lately the customer service has been on a decline. I usually order to go and quite a few occasions my order is wrong, but usually just with regards to the toppings and I don't make a fuss of it. Well today I ordered a carne asada gordita and requested it to include beans, cheese, sour cream, and avocado. The lady/girl on the phone repeated my order. My husband picked it up and to my surprise when he arrived it was a gordita including what I requested but no carne asada. I called, told the lady on the phone the issue and she acknowledged they messed up and tells me to come pick up the meat. I was absolutely baffled by this as now the idea is I have to put it together myself; that's why I ordered take out. I tell her no since it's going to cost me more in gas to come and go but I request some sort of refund as I assume that the meat gordita Is priced higher than beans. So my coworker order lunch for us on 8-6-2024 around noon, she called the order in. For me she ordered the steak Taco dinner on the menu it states that the beef tacos comes with onions and cilantro or lettuce and tomatoes. I am listening to her place my order which was the steak dinner tacos with everything on it which she said lettuce, tomatoes, cilantro, onions, cheese and sour cream. She picks the order up without looking at the order because we patronize this place often. The only thing that was on the tacos was cheese and tomatoes, she called she told me that they would make the order over. I take the food back and only thing that happened was they gave me a bag with the missing toppings she was not going to re make my order, at this point the food is cold remind you we patronize this place often. I gave her that food back and walked out never ever will we order food...
