Customer Service 5⭐ Employees Nice To The Customers 5⭐ Every Game U Had Back In The Day 5⭐ Fixing Your System & Tablet 5⭐

Respectfully I took my game up there last week It took them a week to fix my Xbox. I wasn't in a rush for the system to come back One guy told me up there they do diagnosis to see what's wrong with it and we will tell you and he was a man of his word when I found out this week by yesterday he told me what's wrong with it and I was going to go ahead and fix it It was my Wi-Fi connection they put a new computer inside my Xbox or whatever they put in there it works perfectly I'm not going to spend no money for another Xbox and they can fix it for you The bottom line is this Don't spend money on a brand new system and you know you got people here like, "Back In The Games", can fix your system That whatever is wrong with your system then to spending $500 to $600 for another new system. You can save that for the updated new system that comes out. I won't be saying this if I don't believe it but I believe it give them a chance to show you and trust me they would not disappoint but they they good or what they do.

So thank you thank you thank you thank you So show your support to this company they are really good at. Good luck trying to get in touch with Microsoft and Sony because they going to take their time to fix it and you got these people...

I called one day to ask if they had Nintendo switch consoles in stock. They took my phone number and said they would call when they do. I got a call while I was at work that they had them in stock. My parents went to go pick it up. I got home and it was a used switch for $370.00. My parents had no idea it was used and said the switch wasn’t even really shown to them just put in a bag. I went to return it and was then told they do not except returns on used items. I told them no one was informed that it was used and they should have been told that at the time of purchase as well as the fact that it was non-refundable. They took advantage of people for money. A used switch in no way should cost that much money. I feel scammed and used. The used item did not even come with original Nintendo pieces. Instead the console dock, controllers, etc are generic. Again not at all worth $370. My parents just wanted to get a nice gift for their grandchildren and then were scammed out of money. They would not accept a return not even store credit. Just like the rest of 2020 just another thing to add that was horrible to an already stressful year. I just wish they would have made it right and accepted the return, especially since none of the items were touched and it was only 2 days from the purchase date. Not a trustworthy or...

I 💯 recommend this place and the other 2 locations very much, family owned, well cared and fully stocked with the sweetest things you can imagine. Went in looking for nothing in particular, just items I know I won’t find at other places. What a nice surprise, as a video game collector, this place is an amusement park. Not only I’ve found nice items for my collection, they also have all the new stuff. But more importantly, the service is A+. I was welcomed by one of the owners at the 1st store, and it was so cool, we decided to go visit the other 2 stores the same day. And the good experience didn’t end there, because as soon as I walked in the 3rd store for the day, the other brother just yelled my name!!! I’m from out of town, so I was very impressed that he was literally expecting me. Great conversation, very knowledgeable, and you don’t feel any pressure to buy anything.
