Highly Recommend! I am lactose intolerant and there was a dairy free option for me, which isn't available at most places. I purchased a chocolate milk shake made with almond milk, with white chocolate chips and Oreo cookies added, tipped with almond milk whipped cream. Can you say - HEAVEN in a cup! It was extremely delicious.

I also ordered three, Oreo white chocolate chip cookies and a strawberry milkshake for my pregnant daughter whom enjoyed her dessert as well. The prices are affordable and not redundant. They also sponsor and offer the products of other companies looking to get their products out or to make a name for themselves. I particularly adored this.

The young ladies were EXTREMELY polite, welcoming and patient. They told us what they offered, had recommendations on what to try, being that it was our first time there, and it made things so much easier. They were very knowledgeable of their products and was able to answer all of our questions thoroughly.

The decor was warm and welcoming. I particularly liked a wall selection dedicated to past family members who traditionally began the thought of this company. I adored how it gave tribute to them and spoke on each member male and female.

Definitely will be returning! A must stop and shop! Perfect for the Bond Hill neighborhood...

I really WANTED to love this cookie shop as I had heard so much about it and it's a Black Owned Business... but it fell short for me. I was in Clifton and decided that, instead of visiting Insomnia Cookies, I'd drive across town and patronize this business instead. The employees were incredibly pleasant, but I did realize that one of the cookies they gave me was incorrect and I didn't immediately notice because I was paying for my order. Nevertheless, I was excited to try them.

Unfortunately, I was incredibly underwhelmed. The cookies weren't very soft and none of the "chips" in the chocolate chip cookies were "melty" or maybe I should call it gooey. I purchased several cookies and tried the Chocolate Chip, the Red Velvet Oreo, and the Strawberry something or other, and I couldn't finish any of them. The first 2 weren't very tasty and also had a really weird after taste and the Strawberry cookie was the best of the 3 I tried but it still just wasn't that good. My dad did enjoy the oatmeal cookie that I bought for him, and he hasn't eaten the Banana Pudding cookie, so I can't comment on that.

I'm sad because I really wanted to love and support this company and I see that there are a lot of great reviews, even from my personal friends, but they just were not great for...

This place is absolutely adorable, the woman working was so kind and welcoming! We did come here because of the cookie monster shake!! I had been wanting to try it for months! Unfortunately they did not have vanilla icecream that day, so they couldn’t make it. We ordered a strawberry crunch shake (delicious) and a chocolate shake instead!

She had asked the male working in the back to come help, he looked upset when he came out of the back. And he made us feel like a burden. Like we interrupted him. He didn’t even fill the shakes all the way. But I’m not letting him ruin my review. He probably just had an awful day.
