The head start program is a joke in some ways... Granted you have some nice individuals there... I love the principle an some teachers. Others act as if its a crime to ask questions when its concerning your child and or information... Honestly communication is key and i believe they really need to focuse on that... Other wise lots of errors will occur because of it... Every 1 needs to be on the same page... However one teacher in particular is really irritating as hell alisha graft... She was my sons teacher an she asted like she didnt know her ass feom a whole i n the ground... They made a bad choice hiring her... What sense does it make to tell me what my son did 3weeks ago when i ask u every day how he is doing an all u can tell me is he is fine? But other teachers can tell me more about my child then u and u are his primary teacher? Honestly im not the only parent who believes shes on some type...

I have been dealing with Caa for years and they have had The worst rudest customer service I have ever had to deal with every year I call to get help and it’s always a problem at appt time I hold my phone in my hand so don’t miss their call and it still goes straight to voice mail and they never leave a priffesional message and never answer the phone I have to call some over them and it’s always the same mean rude workers that’s been there for years every year this place mess up my day I have anxiety attacks just knowing my time to ask for help is coming up just like today one day I’m not gonna need these rude people to help me and it’s always our own people that treat us bad it be our own...
