As a new employee to a big company close by I came across this sandwich shop. So i have now purchase from there 3 times which the last 2 times have been not so pleasant with the management and the cashier. So the second time I check my club (pre-ordered hours before pick up) and it had tomatoes, so it took another 15 minutes to remake. This third time today i was on a shorter break and pre-ordered at 10:30am for 12pm pickup. I didnt get to check but purchased a second bag of chips ( same club sandwich). When i got back in office there was NO Bacon. So, I called they stated that the club comes with a very small portion of bacon. Which again this is my third time ordering in a 2 week span. Twice the week before. I began to address there was no bacon at all. They advised that i come back with the sandwich to have remade. As working adults we all know its pretty difficult to leave back out from work on your 30 minute lunch for an error made by the restaurant. So, i said i couldn't do so at this time and if I did after i get off at 4:30 what am i supposed to eat then. I offered to send a picture. They said no i needed to bring it back by the owner no way around it. So, of course i wont be returning. Im the type of person when i find something good i send everyone who wants to listen especially restaurants there. Ive sent 5 colleagues since i found this place 2 weeks ago and i will now say they have lost 6 customers plus whomever else we tell. Poor customer service and the cashier seems to always be short tempered and/or has an attitude. My supervisor was even considering catering next week for the team....

Order was quoted for 30 minutes till delivery. An hour and a half later we decide to call and we were told "we're waiting on fries". Umm, oook?
When he answered the phone he was very VERY rude. And it was not a pleasure to deal with the gentleman at all.
Lucky, we were offered half off of our order. But, I called again since the refund did not post and the same gentleman(again, very rude.) answered.
He said he called "the place" and a refund should be processed. I asked what place?(confused since the order being late was their fault). He responded with "the place you placed the order through.... Eat24."
Couple things: you do NOT have to be rude to a customer who was nice to you bud. People like you are why it's so hard to try to be a decent human being..
Secondly, the order was placed through EatStreet... Know your vendor and CALL THE CORRECT PLACE..
If you want amazing food where the staff seems to not care about the quality of service...

A strange juxtaposition of a storefront surrounded by the neighborhood. Upon entering, a small building with a kitchen full of smoke. The inside is the embodiment of Norwood. Covered in memorabilia, tight fitting, a fan on blast in the back, snacks and drinks on the side. The shop is convenient. You get in and out. I arrived late, so my options were limited at the time. I got the Little Italy as two seperate double decker sandwiches as they were out of hoagie bread. 10/10. I came back for my second visit; a 97° day but feels like 102° day* upon entering; another room filled with smoke. Ordered the New Yorker. 8/10. Both of the sandwiches are better toasted.
