I DO NOT LIKE PIZZA! But I LOVED Fireside Pizza. I'll be the first to admit: I don't seek out pizza. As I joke with family and friends, I eat it in "social situations." This is why you should trust my review. If someone who doesn't like pizza enjoys a pizza, there's a good reason for that: it's a darn fine pizza!

Went with the husband to Fireside for the first time last night, sat at the bar, where you should always sit for the best service in any establishment. Had some fine draft beers (local! yes!), cheesy garlic bread, a custom pizza that included artichokes (my ONLY "complaint" ... I needed more artichokes. Some need more cowbell, but I needed more artichokes), and finished it off with a cannoli. The owner - some guy named Sam I've never met before in my life - explained that the cannoli filling made in house is a lot lighter and less sweet than what I might typically eat (I'm a bit of a cannoli connoisseur), and he was correct. That Sam is a smart guy! It was excellent. Yes, it differs from the dense, sweet, almost grainy stuff you will encounter elsewhere, but it's freshly made, never frozen.

It's a bit of a drive for us, so we will never be regulars, but when we are in the area, I will definitely seek out this place, and you should too! It's a beautiful space as well, so just looking around the room is a treat, but even more importantly: the food...

ONE OF THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCES My first experience with Fireside was disappointing due to simple human error. I ordered a 'seasonal pie' to be delivered and got last season's pie and was completely devastated. (If you saw their social media post RE: the hydroponic tomato/basil pizza you would understand that nothing else could compare). Moving on: I was directly contacted by a staff member who offered to personally deliver the correct drool-worthy pie to me at my workplace. It sounded too good to be true, but I gave him my information and HE SHOWED UP. AT MY WORK. Needless to say my co-workers were delighted and Fireside will be added to our list of frequent lunch deliveries. Moral of the story: my long-awaited for 'seasonal pizza' was SPECTACULAR. These tomatoes are the best tomatoes I've ever had in my life. The basil tastes fresh and the crispiness of the crust perfection. More importantly, I feel that this restaurant handled a hydroponic lemon and turned it into lemonade. I will be going back to Fireside, and I know that no matter what happens the management cares about...

Service was great. Went to the counter & looked at the menu for a bit before deciding we wanted the "Meats" & the Cannoli. It has a great atmosphere from the lighting, setting the mood of gathering & a great time. Went around 4ish so not too many people on a Monday. Remodeled from a fire station, the pizza was good. Got the 9", a great amount of tomato sauce & nice crispy but soft texture when taking a bite. Took about 15-25 mins for the pizza, to the right of my picture, there's more seating with tables up to 4-6 people. Bar tables & bar stools to the left. You'll receive cups to choose from their beverage machine. Overall, would definitely come around again & try their other stuff. Also the Cannoli, never had it but had a hard texture with the soft cream inside. It tastes weird, I can't explain it even 2 weeks later, cream cheese but not as sweet as I expected. I would pass on that next time but definitely looking forward to their drinks &...

Friends of ours invited us to go support this restaurant and we are so glad they did! It’s a beautiful building with interesting history and that’s just the beginning! They were friendly from the minute we walked in! You order at the bar and sit wherever you want! We had the The Meats Pizza added mushrooms and onions. And I think the salad was a House Salad (husband ordered it for me). You would think the salad would be just basic. But it was incredible and the server was correct, small is perfect to share! The ham, eggs, onion were cut perfectly so every bite was delicious! The cheese bread ROCKED! Our friend said if the pizza is as good as the bread it will be incredible……all TRUE! I don’t know what pizza they ordered, but it looked great and I stole a piece of ham….oh my perfect!!! You will not be disappointed if you take the time to go and try this restaurant. We will definitely return!!

Fireside Pizza is an absolute gem housed in a beautifully restored old fire station. The historic charm of the building with its brick façade and garage-style doors adds a unique, cozy ambiance that perfectly complements the dining experience. The outdoor picnic tables offer a casual, inviting vibe that's hard to beat. Now, onto the food—it's phenomenal! The pizza comes with the perfect balance of crispy, slightly charred crust and gooey, melted cheese. Each slice is loaded with flavor, making it clear they take pride in their craft. The calzone is golden-baked to perfection, stuffed with fresh ingredients, and paired with a delicious marinara that adds just the right amount of zest. If you’re in the mood for authentic, wood-fired pizza served in a one-of-a-kind setting, Fireside Pizza is the place to be. Highly recommend for both the atmosphere and the top-notch food!
