Our family was on vacation there a bit over a week ago and we stumbled across this amazing coffee & spirits house as it was close to the Airbnb where a few of us stayed. I literally cannot say enough about Eli the young man who served us. He had the most incredible attitude and was extremely sweet. Later that evening, I went back for a delicious cupcake as my boys devoured it before I really had a bite. The front door was locked but it said they were opened. I went around back not realizing the bar was opened but not the coffee shop. I saw Eli there and a very kind lady explained there was no barista and I replied that I wasn't needing a coffee, just a cupcake. She told Eli she would take me inside because surely she could sell a cupcake. We went in and she asked where I was visiting from and I told her our family is stationed at Fort Leonard Wood in Missouri and we chatted for a bit. She gifted the two cupcakes for the boys and I then explained she was one of the owners. We went back two more times to enjoy the incredible Prohibition Hot Chocolate which is spectacular by the way and the most incredible Orange Creamsicle donut I have ever put in my mouth. It was like magic orange fairies were doing this happy magical dance on my taste buds. I love that they support local businesses by bringing their products into their shop to sell as well. We are already planning a trip back in August and cannot wait to stop in for some amazing treats. I will also add that this was our first time to Ohio and we did not meet a stranger. Everyone was so friendly and kind. Even the people who were patrons in the bar stopped me to chat and compliment my glasses which was an opener for a wonderful chat. Really a...

Ever wondered if there was a coffee shop that everyone knew everybody, Theres live music in the evenings, where people looked forward to gathering around. If all of this was aesthetically cool and affably warm, yet organic, You've reached Fulton yards.
Driving past the area, we wanted was some coffee. So we hit the first coffee shop we found on our way. And Boy am i glad i did. Not only did they open up the coffee shop for us 5 mins after closing, they took the time and made a damn good cup of coffee. As i sat at the bar surrounded by a healthy flock of people who seemed to know each other, talking about everything under the sun, the barista closed shop and joined them at one of the tables which I assumed was some sort of book club. The energy of the place was palpable like a warm embrace.
Pretty close to the river, if this place happens to be on your way, do stop by and say Hi to the amazing people who run...
Read moreOrdered a large Dark roast coffee. It was mildly warm and very weak. WAY Overpiced for what is being served as coffee. Save your money and go to a local gas station. At least it will be hot, strong, and NOT overpriced. I will gladly pay for good coffee. Key word is GOOD. Opening a small shop with high prices does NOT make you a coffee shop. Serving decent coffee makes you a coffee shop. There is a possibiliity of 2 problems. The hired help does not know how to make coffee. They puposely limit how much coffee is used to cut costs.
Could be this place has both problems. My advice to this business, make better coffee. If not, eventually enough word gets out its not good and you have to shut down due to loss of customers. Your Choice.
Hope this helps someone else. I wont be back.
P. S. My wife ordered a cappucino. Same...
