HangOverEasy — Restaurant in Cincinnati

We are regulars at the Corryville location and use the waitlist function almost every time. We were excited to be able to WALK up from our house in Mt Lookout to this new location. The waitlist app kept saying no wait, but I doubted that on a holiday weekend, so I called. I was told the app was malfunctioning, and the young woman added us to the list via phone, saying it was a half hour to forty minutes. Instead of walking, to be sure we didn’t abuse our place in line, we drove up. Walked in the front door and checked in, and we were told our wait had now INCREASED to an hour plus!!! Benefits of fresh air and a walk aside, had we WALKED up and been greeted with this news, we’d have been even more disappointed. As it is, we opted to leave and go elsewhere. We know they’re newly open and all, but there’s no excuse for this kind of chaos. Do yourself a favor and wait til they have a handle on wait times (and until the waitlist app is...

My party of 4 had to wait a little over an hour for food in a restaurant that currently occupied 8-10 people. Once our food arrived my avocado toast bread and egg was lukewarm and the other person in our party wasn’t asked how she liked her burgers cooked (not completely the servers fault) however it’s something you should be taught to ask in the service Industry Once she received a well done burger to replace her old one it was not right didn’t have any of the ingredients she wanted except for the mayo on the side. I want to knowledge this is the restaurants only first or second week, but I think an apology for the wait or have one of the items taken off would have gone a long way. Overall a good atmosphere, just the service, and food is lacking. I’ll be sure to see how they are doing some months from now and see if anything changes and if it did I’ll surely edit...

Came here to cheer myself up as I’m having a bad day. Was seated fast, but had to wait 40+ mins for my food. Since I was already starving when I arrived, it made my day even worse. I alerted the hostess that I didn’t want the food anymore and was about to walk out. Just as I was leaving my food was ready. I had it boxed to go to eat in my car. The food was really good and that’s why they got the 3 stars. The service was lacking a ton. My waiter was nice, but I would’ve preferred him checking to see when my food would come out or at least acknowledge that it had been a while. I felt invisible after I got my drink.
