LaRosa's Pizza Roselawn — Restaurant in Cincinnati

Very unprofessional and nasty. The female worker was outside talking to a guy thrn she went in and started making orders without washing her hands. Then, just because it's your birthday don't mean you have to pin money to your shirt. That is very ghetto and it's unprofessional especially when you doing it at work. Then when she starts making my pizza she scratches her face and then finishes making my pizza. Now, she's playing with her long brown weave and puts it in a ponytail and then goes to make somebody else's food again without washing her hands. While this is going on a big guy in the back who comes in from delivering food and starts making food. I didn't see him wash his hands but I was more focused on the female. He makes the food and then goes to deliver it. There needs be someone making food, ringing up orders, and someone delivering food and there should be hand washing. The cashier and the delivery guy should not be making food especially without washing their hands. I never saw one person wash their hands. Furthermore, the walls and the ceiling or dirty and filled with dust. The walls and the ceiling are supposed to be white and they are yellow and brown. This place is worse than it was 18 years ago!!! I called this Roselawn location back after discovering I didn't change the pizza sauce, I normally change the sauce to garlic butter....I admitted I forgot to ask her to change to garlic butter I believe.....As soon as I discover the pizza has pizza sauce on it.....I call and ASK, DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR ANOTHER PIZZA, Cause due to MY mistake do I have to pay for ANOTHER ONE, OR are they willing to do a REMAKE with garlic butter....The man on phone put me on hold 2x....He first said, They would make this 1x exception to REMAKE it.....I said Ok....Got off phone he CALLS ME BACK, ask for the pizza back I stated it was threw away ....WE HAD TO PIZZA'S .....The one with problem, was a VEGGIE PIZZA , A LARGE, MUSHROOM AND CHICKEN,BLACK OLIVES AND ONION....THE 2ND PIZZA WAS A CHEESE PIZZA with extra CHEESE....THE MANAGER, SAYS get it out the garbage I want it back,I think the pizza was eating all up.. Only ever had it delivered to work. Order was only wrong once (ordered salad w/o olives and they put an olive in there, no big deal). Always delivered on time/a little early. Always tastes good. Mozzarella sticks are usually a little lukewarm by the time they get to me though. Still good.
