The food is okay, but quite overpriced for what you get. Many of the meals are mostly brown rice from what I saw in store, and in the few meals I took home. The heating instructions end up making the meat overcooked and chewy but the rice is not always hot all the way through. It's difficult and a pain to pick all the meat out to heat them separately.

They also need to label if something is spicy. I like spicy food, but the shrimp tacos and the sausage in the shrimp/sausage bowl are WAY too spicy. I couldn't eat them because they were too spicy. I wish I had been warned they were going to set my mouth on fire.

They made a point of talking about how they remove old, unsold food after 7 days. That is not something to be proud of. I am not interested in getting food that is 4, 5, 6 days old, especially meat items like chicken and shrimp. For $9+ a meal I expect it to be fresh made.

We stopped by here to get a quick lunch. Very healthy choices that are also surprisingly very tasty. All of the bowls we got were very tasty and healthy. Portion size is not huge like many other regular fast food restaurants but I feel is adequate for a healthy portion. Price is comparable to any restaurant food if you would eat out. Most foods need microwaved for 60-90 seconds and they have microwaves for use. I microwaved my Southwest Steak bowl for 90 seconds but would do another 30 sec next time. Just my preference since I felt my rice could have been softer and hotter. My daughter has dietary needs and having all the ingredients listed clearly is very helpful. Worth a try if you want to...

Awesome meals! I went there today after finding the place on Google Maps and I'm so happy I did! The owner was really friendly and helpful. I bought 6 meals and had one for lunch and split the rest with my girlfriend for dinner. They were all really really good! People that say they're overpriced don't really understand food costs or the cost to run a business. Meals are about 8 bucks a piece which is a little more than fast food but less than a sit down restaurant. They're not huge meals but they're perfect size portions if you're calorie and health conscious. I'll absolutely be heading back soon!
