Madison Bowl — Local services in Cincinnati

The restrooms were a hot darn mess! You could smell them way down the hallway. It was people sitting in our lane. The kitchen is ewww! The kitchen workers were cool but the cleanliness wasn’t present. They took our order then closed the kitchen for a half hour. We were celebrating my daughter eighth birthday & had a group of people walking up to our table standing over us mumbling to each other until I asked if I could help them. They stated that they had reservations & our lane was their reserved lane. UNPROFESSIONAL! They never should’ve had people walking up standing over us! It could’ve started a whole different thing! They should have came over themselves & how did they feel they could send a group of people over to where I paid a decent amount of money to bowl saying they reserved when I did as well & it wasn’t time for us to be done. I will not ever return here! Very hillbillish & needs to be thoroughly cleaned!!!

For a cheap bowling only experience fine but not high...

Love the vibe of this place, it’s exactly what a bowling alley should be. The staff does a great job as well. The bartender, the cooks, the desk, the mechanics and so on all sprinkle their own personal pinch of pixie dust on the Madibowl operation. But there is one employee that sprinkles pixie dust by the handful, Carlos aka mister Los. No matter what time of day, no matter what the situation, this guy somehow manages to be a big old ball of bubbly positive energy. Anytime I’m in there I’m constantly hearing Los behind me saying “ Those shoulders look sore Logan, lemme give you a quick back rub” or “Theres a little dirt on those bowling shoes Logan, need me to shine those up for you?”. If you ever happen to be at Madison bowl be sure to ask Carlos for one his classic knock...

AMAZING staff. I live pretty far and had a Groupon so it was my first time there. The alley itself was average compared to others. Wasn't super updated or anything. But the staff more than made up for that. Very friendly at the front counter and helpful. Very friendly staff at the restaurant and I will go back there just for the food. The burgers were amazing. Also, my daughter is two and kept getting her ball stuck in the gutter and the gentleman that had to keep getting it was very friendly about it. Not once did he make us feel like he was getting frustrated or annoyed and kept telling us it was fine, that's what he's there for. If you can still get the Groupon deal, buy as many as you can because it was well worth...
