Dined in on a Monday around 5:30pm. Was chilly out and was seated at the high top table right in front of the entrance. That sucked and therfore spent the rest of my dine in with cold feet and eating in my jacket. Why there's a table right there I don't know. Wit staff was alright, not overly friendly and also working the bar too. I ordered the standard mail burger. Patty was kinda thin and the burger was fine. Have to upgrade to fries if you want that instead of chips that are served with it. Those were good. I had a coke to drink that was just OK, I've had better at McDonald's. The water is absolutely awful and has a sulfur taste. We both thought so. The fried pickle spear appetizer was also meh. The breading doesn't stick to the spear and with one bite most crumbles off. The atmosphere is really nice and there's a downstairs area that I never explored and the patio area looks awesome. The thing I can't stand is when you pay, the wait staff comes over with their gadget, swipes your card and hands it to you to finalize the tip in front of your waiter. Defaults to 25% assuming your wait staff was that good, they weren't. Many will love it and already do because they had a good dinner crowd but...

I like the concept. Nice, open and airy....indoor and outdoor seating. My disappointment was with the service and quality of food (impacted by the poor slow service). The first server, who came to our table asked what we were having to drink (before we could see the food and beverage menu) then dismissed us when we asked for water... they said, "that's it?!?"...the server never returned, nor acknowledged us the remainderof our visit. They sent over server #2, who delivered the water (after an extended period of time) and eventually took our order. We waited close to 40 minutes before our salads, burgers and loaded fries arrived (at room temperature)...Salad was actually quite good, but the burgers and fries were disappointing because they were not warm. When the order came up, it sat there for a while along with a few other orders. (Don't get me wrong, I understand and don't mind waiting... as long as the end product is quality.) It was steady while we were there, but they were not in the weeds by any means. I may try again, but not in the immediate future. In today's world, there are too any choices out there....and when I allocate my discretionary money, I want it to go someplace that provides good food...

I first ate here a few years ago and it was excellent, a little pricey but the food was so worth it. Then this place had fallen off my radar for a while but I recently remembered where it was so I went back today and it was just a terrible experience. The server took our drink order (I got unsweetened ice tea with sweet n low) she promptly brought our drinks but no straws, just dropped them and took off. When the server returned we requested straws and she took our order. When we received our food (pretty promptly) it was almost shocking how fast, the first thing I noticed was how small the chicken on the sandwich was this time, closer to a chicken strip then a chicken brest. I first grabbed a fry and bit into it realizing immediately there was no way these things were cooked to order and not only that but the heat lamp they were under clearly wasn't doing its job either because the fries were just barely warm with the first bite. Besides the food being skimpy and cold my biggest complaint was that we never saw the server again until we were finished eating and waiting to...

First time and probably last time here Atmosphere looks great, outside is awesome setup. So much potential here. We came here for eats and drinks because other bars were PACKED for St Pattys day, you can imagine. Now I know why nobody is here. Service is slow, maybe short staffed? Food took over an hour to never be served until we notified the bar manager Fitz that we want our check and to cancel our food. Fitz returned saying our food is now ready and that it was slow because they are so busy. Look at the photos 🤥 Fitz didn’t charge us for the food we didn’t eat, however he was extremely rude about it. Seems like it was a very slow night for his bar and felt like he took his anger out on us.

I've been a fan of Local Post since they first opened, and they never disappoint. My most recent visit was on a beautiful Wednesday afternoon, where I enjoyed the patio and the rare treat of a weekday brunch. As someone with a nontraditional schedule, I love that they offer brunch during the week! Though I didn’t see a Bloody Mary on the menu, the bartender went above and beyond to make me one, and it was hands down one of the best I've ever had. I also ordered the brunch fries, which were spot-on. The service was outstanding—friendly, accommodating, and they really made me feel at home. The laid-back atmosphere and great vibes make Local Post a go-to spot for me.
