Not my pick of places.

I was charged an additional amount plus my bill amount. They claim to have refunded me, but I'm not seeing the refund. They did however send me a screen shot showing the refund. Therefore, I am giving it a few more days; as it could just be a delay on my banks end. However, the amount I was charged, was over double my bill amount. I'm not happy about it. I understand that errors happen, but this is a huge inconvenience for me and not my only negative experience the one night I was there.

The service was just okay. When I contacted them about this error on their end, the only thing they offered or said was "sorry for the hassle". Just poor customer service to a freaking out girl over here! I expected so much more from this place.

I went there with my girlfriend on a Friday night, thinking it was low key and wouldn't be loud. They had a decent band, but someone else got on the mic and was loud and almost acted a tad too drunk to be on the mic talking. Which, it's a bar, so I understand, but I thought this was more of a laid back winery type of establishment. Just not what I was expecting.

Guess my expectations were to come there, be able to talk and hear my friend, enjoy great wine, food, and only leave with what I paid for. When I left, I wasn't thrilled, but planned to be back and give it another shot, but after being charged and the only consultation being "check with your bank. sorry for the hassle". Just not my type of place.

I've never had this happen, but needless to say, not a place I recommend. If I feel differently after this error they made on my card is hopefully sorted, then I will update my review, but at this time, this is my take on my one...

One of my favorite places to eat. I love the food. Wine selection is good. Service is good. I have two issues with this place. #1. They charge $10 cork fee per bottle of wine on everyday but Thursday. That’s a crime. They claim that their wine is cheaper than other places so it justifies the cork fee, but that’s simply not true. I can get most of them cheaper at Krogers. I don’t agree with being penalized $10 per bottle to drink it there. Therefore I rarely go there any longer unless it’s a Thursday. They could at least cut it back to one $10 fee per night. #2. When they have a live band they bring the tip jar around to each table and expect you to tip the band. I know where the tip jar is and I usually tip the band, but I don’t like how they somewhat force you to tip them by bringing it to your table. Especially when I’m trying to...

We met here for an after birthday celebration. They didnt have a lot to choose from as far as food but what I did get was awesome! Since my home is on the other side of town I only had one drink and it was awesome also! They had live music that day but I could not stay to listen, I will next time! People were so very nice and attentive to our party of 8. I did not check the selection of wines they have for sale but it looks like you can get something to satisfy you want.
