I should have made this a four star because they made my sandwich wrong... Here's why I didn't and gave them five...
I ordered two large baconzilla combos. Large fry large drink mine was a special one with no liquid cheese, tomato and extra extra pickles added to the baconzilla. When I got to the window the girl handed me a large drink and a medium drink and I said to her, I ordered two large combos with large drinks and large fries and she said oh I'm sorry I had you down for medium. I asked her if she wanted me to pay her the difference on the combo and she said no and handed me a large diet Coke. I also asked for the fries to be well done so they asked me to pull around the building to the far Lane that the doordashers use. We waited just a couple minutes no big deal. I was happy to wait. But when they handed me the bag the fry was a medium. I told the gentleman at the window who is very very sweet, just like the girl at the register was nice as could be, and instead of taking the bag back with medium fry he just gave us a whole new large fry. I apologize to him because I didn't realize that he would give us a whole nother large I thought he would take the medium back. He said no that's fine it's no problem and gave me a very friendly send off with eye contact and said I hope you have a great day! I drove home to Loveland, the fries were still piping hot because I put them in a hot bag and they were perfect! The sandwich that I ordered special only had bacon on it and cheese. No tomato no pickle. I was a little disappointed but because I got such great customer service from these two lovely people, unfortunately I did not see name tags on either one of them but they were working during the lunch hour. Roughly between 1:30 and 2:00. If those two people work that shift everyday then their lunch customers will be happy because they are amazing! I am literally going to use my receipt and call their hotline and give this information to them as well. Just so they will get the recognition that they deserve. Because I've been to Rally's all across the country because that's my 4 sons favorite place to eat and it's a great value if you're feeding four teenage boys. The only two that I get excellent customer service EVERY single time is Milford by the Kroger on Lila and the Red Bank at Madison road! You may have to wait a minute for special orders but it's TOTALLY worth it for the customer service.
My only suggestion to Future customers is check the bag before you leave the parking lot. Make sure your special orders are correct before you leave the premises. If it's a topping that you wanted and you walk up to the window and say I didn't get tomato and pickles on my sandwich they will put it in a container for you so that you don't have to take another sandwich. Or, you know if you want to scam them and be morally bankrupt you can always just ask for another hamburger made correctly.... I'm hoping that the people who read this are very nice people who wouldn't do that because it's rude. I was actually very upset when the nice gentleman on the fry station gave me another large fry instead of taking the medium back. I was so upset I tried to argue with him and he explained to me that once the bag leaves the building he can't take it back into the building for healthcare violations. That is the only reason that I ended up with a new large fry on top of the medium size. That's another reason why I'm leaving this post because I believe when somebody does you a good turn you do them a good turn, just like I am with this post. I try to post a review for every restaurant I go to so hopefully if there's another one that you're going to you might find a review for me.

Read moreThis location uses the left side for app orders and the right side for drive up orders. I ordered through the app at 8:28. It said it would be ready at 8:35. I needed more food so I went through the right side to order. When I got to the window to pay I told the girl I also placed an order through the app. Could I get that too. She said no. I had to circle around and go to the other window. Really? Makes no sense, but Ok. So I pull around and go to the other side. I sat there for over 10 minutes. Not once did anyone acknowledge me. FINALLY someone says, she must have a pick up. Then says Jen? I nodded my head yes. I didn't get my food until 8:43. What a complete disappointment overall. There was no reason I should have to drive around to the other window to get my app order when I'm right here. I would understand if I wasn't at the window already and ordered more food. Then to make me sit there for over 10 minutes. Once I finally got my food I asked for a different drink because the coke I ordered with my other order tasted bad. The kid takes it then just stands there. Like ha was scared to death to say something to the manager. He looks at me and says what size. I said whatever size that was. The manager then tells, she got a small. That's what size she's getting. I NEVER asked for a bigger size. She made it out like I was trying to scam to get a free drink. We get home and my 2 plain spicy chicken sandwiches were NOT plain. They both had mayo and lettuce. WOW!! This visit was 100% a FAIL. Must not have been meant for us to enjoy a meal from Rallys. Just yesterday we went to the one in Spring Grove around noon and was told they were closed because no employees showed...

First the lady in the drive thru was rude, she answered the intercom like I was bothering her, I should have left then but I proceeded to order, when I got my food the fries were cold, I took them back and told the cashier my fries were cold. She took them, heated them up and gave them back to me, this time they were hot but soggy. I returned for a third time and ask if they could give me some fresh fries. While I was waiting there was a slightly heavy set young lady that was blowing her nose over the line. She wasn't making any food but still very unsanitary, the manager handed me more fries, they were hot but still weren't fresh. I had about enough because I had to go to work and now I risk being late. I called and spoke with the manager who's attitude was dismissive and wouldn't let me get a word in, she did offer me a refund but it's out the way for me, I'll just chalk this up as a learning experience, trust your first instinct. I should have when I noticed this place is hidden by 20 foot tall weeds, sign number one, a horrible attitude by the staff, the management is incompetent and I got the feeling this manager may have been intimidated by her staff, if you been here you know what I mean. I would second guess giving my dog a meal from here, this place is horrible and needs to be leveled then maybe relocated...
