I guess element food hall carries the 4.3 star score, the food hall has great vibes, Pizza workers and pizza taste is the opposite of good vibes. Romundo’s has a conveyor belt cooking style. Similar to your papa John’s/Dominoes. It has a tad more flavor than fast food pizza, but the same no crisp on bottom and doughy-ish pizza. 2 star food and 5 star atmosphere for the food hall.

I was sadly disappointed about Raymundo’s because the pizza just was not cooked through when you picked it up to bite it all the toppings fell off and the dough underneath the toppings was soggy flimsy and light light light brown. I don’t know if it’s because it was a DoorDash order, but it was terrible, the toppings had a good taste, but the pizza was undercooked.

I ordered delivery from here off of the element eatery website there was no indication that this was going to be delivered from doordash or anything my food was ordered on their website I had tracking information from their website and then doordash texts me and tells me that they're the ones delivering the order my order was delivered to me ice cold when I contacted customer service someone named Mandy Taylor said it should have been clearly communicated to me but they could not offer me any kind of refund I will not be ordering...

Ordered a personal pizza at 12:39 according to my receipt. Was finally ready at 1:25. Element didn't look crowded, but they had a lot of large carry out orders in the queue. The staff didn't seem to care, and certainly didn't give a heads up that it was going to take nearly an hour. I caution anyone going here for this reason. Shame because the food is always good and I am a regular. I'll avoid...
