Your staff was 100% rude. Three chances to assist me in my large order I was going and wanting to place. The first young lady picked up the phone and was cussing to another person, then I asked her for her name and she refused with attitude. Then I asked for a manager the first young lady passed me off then the next young lady I asked for the managers(presumably hers since that what I had asked for) name so I could try again. I called in today to place a carry-out order and the young lady that answered the phone was extremely rude on the phone. She put me on hold 4 times within the first 15 seconds of the call, and I heard her going off on a customer. Then when she got back on the phone I asked her a questions which I had previously asked before being put on hold and she yelled at me. I then told her we would go elsewhere and she hung up on me. I called back to ask to speak with a manager and the young man that answered said he was busy and could not come to the phone that I would need to call back. Thwy are very unprofessional there. I recently moved into the Price Hill area and I have been looking for a really good deli for some old school sandwiches. All the big chains seem to be selling subs which ain't my thing. I want a good sandwich between two slices of toast. I care about good good portion sizes and prices, and this place gets it right!

For $9.95 I got myself a double decker egg salad and BLT. It was nicely stacked and I should have took a picture but I devoured it, sorry. You also get some chips and a delicious pickle spear.
