Taco Bell — Restaurant in Cincinnati

I wish there was a way to give them a negative star rating, they dont even deserve the one star rating i had to give to write my review!!!! This was by far the absolute WORST experiance of my life!! I have never been talked to so rudely and disrespectful. I went threw the drive threw today and when I pulled up to the speaker box I was greated with "Go ahead with your order"! Not a "hello welcom to taco bell would you like to try _ today" or "hi welcome to taco bell what can i get for you today". Oh well I ignored it and ask for "just a minute please". Before i could even look over the menu, maybe two seconds if that she came back over the speaker very rude saying "I SAID GO AHEAD WITH YOUR ORDER!!!". I should of just drove off then but I ignored it and continued on with my order and she continued to be rude! After placing my order I pulled around to the window and because I felt rushed while placing my order, I had forgotten to order somthing while at the speaker. So I ask the girl at the window if I could add on the cinnabun bites to my order? She huffed at me, yelled to the person in the back that I wanted to add them on, they something along the lines of "are you serious" and she said "I know right", mind you im sitting at the window listing to there annoyed smart remarks, then she turns aroud looks at me and says "sorry we dont have those right now!" very snotty like. I highly doubt that was true but I let it go and told her "thats ok", paid for my food and waited... after she handed me my food I checked my bag (like I do anywhere I go). she came back to the window "is there a problem"? No maam, may I please have my reciept? not only do I want it to make sure everythig was correct and had been entered correctly but I was getting food for someone other than myself and paid with their card. She was not pleased with having to print my recipt (Wonder Why?). Not a shock that my order was wrong, 3 toco supreme 2 with onion, easy right? There was no cheese or tommato on them and they all had onion. Tandinesha was the extremely rude drive through attendant, she seriously needs a reality check, attitude adjustment, and serious coustomer service training before working the drive through again! I will NEVER visit this toco bell again and would not reccomend it to ANYONE, not even my worst...

UPDATE: This location cannot get an order correct! This time we ordered two quesaritos and received two quesadillas instead. The food was prepared okay, but we never get what we order. How long can they maintain this impressive record of inaccuracy? Until they mistakenly give us the correct order or until we grow tired of receiving a mystery bag and stop ordering from them. It's not like there aren't other options.

ORIGINAL REVIEW: We love the food, but they have never gotten our order correct. That's not an exaggeration. We've been there many times over the past year and they have consistently gotten our order wrong on every occasion, so my three-star rating is being generous. The food is prepared to our satisfaction, but we are either missing items or the items are just wrong. On this past visit, using the drive-through, I ordered a chalupa and received a bean burrito instead. Getting incorrect items is annoying but very often we are missing items, which means we're just giving money away to this location. I was out of town and went in and got something to go. A gentleman (Caucasian) went to the men's restaurant. After receiving my order I went to my car. I had to go to the bathroom. I went back in to try to use the restroom. I heard this Loud aggressive voice yelling behind me. Saying "Did someone just go in my bathroom". There was a Enormous overweight black girl With braids In a yellow vest ran up on me and told me that "YOU cannot use the restroom because the plumbing is bad and both men's an Women's restrooms can NOT be used!" Remind you earlier.When I was in there a Caucasian gentleman went to the men's restroom and No one said anything about the bathroom And it's Plumbing issues. The Black girl that approached me earlier was in the Lobby of the restaurant when he went in the restroom. She never said anything to him like she said to me.
