White Castle — Restaurant in Cincinnati

Okay, it's White Castle, we all know it's great drunken munchies. This store holds true to the brand standard. What sets it apart is the lady we spoke with tonight. Uber had fumbled an order through them and due to Ubers mistake we could've been out our order. They went out of their way to hold our order while we figured out our problem. It doesn't stop there, they also contacted me when the new Uber driver was unsure about the instructions. The team went above and beyond, calling us to verify pick up of the order. If that didn't happen we would've been out the order placed originally. Big thank you to the team for making it happen, wish I could rate much higher....

When I went to the bathroom, it had NO Toilet paper, no lock on the door and NO handsoap. The dispenser was broken in half. After usting toilet and washing with water only, I went out to ask for soap and toilet paper to be put in. After 5 min, employee placed a roll of toilet paper on the hand bar and did not install the soap so it was usable. dispenser still had cover ripped off so after I fixed the soap installation, it still had a tendancy to fall out. Got to wonder if their employees wash their hands after using the bathroom? I still have not heard from their corporate office in regards to my report. ** My recommendations: Don't go to...

I gave it three stars but really it should be about two and a half but I wanted to give it at least a 3 to give him the benefit of the doubt. But when I was there there was so much commotion going on in the back room that the entire Lobby could hear it sounded like about two or three women having a party while one girl was up in the front trying to make all the food and you can tell she was getting very aggravated and as you can imagine getting your food took a very long time.
