Starbucks — Restaurant in Cincinnati

I come to this Starbucks inside Krogers at 4477 Kenard Ave. Cincinnati Ohio, almost every morning between 6am-7am and, this was one of the WORST! places to get coffee from. The staff here have poor customer service they’re not friend or welcoming and, are unbelievably slow with no sense of urgency for the customers. They’re never prepared or have a full inventory of products and, the employees don’t know anything about the services that Starbucks offers. I asked for assistance from an employee when I was trying to pay for my order online using the Starbucks app and, I was having trouble but the employee couldn’t help me because she didn’t know how. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Pure genius from the Starbucks team! I was watching the barista write on my cup, thinking it was just my order — but when I picked it up, it said “Have a great day.” That little surprise instantly turned my morning around. It’s small gestures like that that show genuine care and creativity.

Huge shout-out to the team for spreading positivity one cup at a time. The thoughtfulness, the vibe, the smile — all top tier! This is why Starbucks stays in a league of its own. Shante is gone, which was the only good thing about that Kroger in general. Poor management truly reflects in the grocery portion and Starbucks. I hope you read this before you go to this Kroger for Starbucks, there is a high chance SB will not be open and if they are open, they won't have anything prepped to make your drink.
