I've visited the old location a few times to plug in for a couple hours and visited this new location once so far. The new location is more spacious, pretty comfy, has plenty of outlets, and was pretty quiet by coffee shop standards. They seem to have the same menu, pastries, and high quality as the old location, so I'll review the two shops as one: Their plain lattes were 8/10 quality for me -- I'd drink one any day. Iced chai was also solid -- decent amount of spice, not super sweet, I'd drink it again. They also have really interesting seasonal drinks, which I imagine are good based on the quality of their basic drinks. It looks like they have a moderately full bar, but that just means I can get an evening cup of coffee! (although the new location isn't open as late as the old location, as of now). They have a good assortment of snacks/pastries, including bagelry bagels, and the coffee cake muffin I had was pretty good. Their breakfast sandwiches had the place smelling really good when I came one morning. This is a lovable shop that I'll happily keep coming back to!

I accidentally ordered for pickup from this location instead of the other one. I thought it would be the same high quality but it wasn’t. I ordered a large iced caramel latte with almond milk, as always. When I arrived at the register, the person stated “large iced latte with almond milk” and I replied “with caramel, right?” She said “yes.” Upon receipt of their product, the first thing I noticed was that it was made like a macchiato (unstirred), not a latte. The other location definitely makes a latte stirred and it’s kind of silly to have to order a latte stirred. Second, after having to go home and stir a latte, there is no trace of caramel. Especially since it was not stirred, I should’ve been able to see the caramel at the bottom, but it was all milk (see photo). For the price you pay for a cup here, the person at the register should’ve checked with the barista to make sure they got it right. Also I got no knife for my bagel and cream cheese. I’ll stick with the other location. The people there know what they’re doing and already have 5 stars from me.

Its a really great coffee shop thats well dialed into the three components of a great coffee shop: coffee, atmosphere, and food. I am a fan of cold brew and its very good here. I have also had a mocha latte and the espresso was pulled well and I was able to experience the full bouquet of flavor. The atmosphere is tuned in to chill lofi coffee shop vibes for sure. Some light music playing and the sound of shots being pulled. They have babkas that are incredible, I really cant get enough of their coffee and chocolatey flavor. Overall if you’re looking for a coffee shop this could be your Fix.

I stopped by the other day and was surprised by the service I saw while there. It happened to be a very busy day. There were probably over 20 girls there from a local high school. They all seemed well-behaved and had taken up many of the tables outside. Inside, there were several girls in line waiting for their orders and a handful of others waiting to order. As I was waiting to order, I thought they must be happy for the huge amount of business. Just asI thought this, one of the staff yelled out to a teacher in line and berated him for how many students were there and told the teacher if they wanted to bring students they needed to call first. So he turned and left.

I decided to leave too, but again all the students were well behaved. There were no messes. They weren't goofing around, just sitting and talking and waiting politely in line. As I moved through the crowd, I heard one student comment, "They were really mean in there." her friend responded that she even gave them a 100% tip, and they "snapped" at her.

I don't understand business being upset at having a good crowd, especially one that would probably come back if they were treated well. I wouldn't believe it if I hadn't seen it myself, but the staff were being mean. I guess if they don't want crowds, they've found a way to keep...
