After a long day I stopped by wendys for dinner. It was late so I used drive thru. after getting home, I noticed there was some brown stuff floating in my sprite. I immediately called the restaurant. No one answered. I called numerous times and still no answer. I proceeded to write a review so that the general manager called my number, leaving a voicemail. I immediately returned that phone call. The manager told me to come sometime within this weekend, which I did. When I went back to the location today the employee was absolutely disrespectful to me. I don’t know what I’ve done to this employee, but they were absolutely disrespectful to me. The customer service here is so horrible. They have left me no choice but to call corporate and demand my money back not only will I call corporate. I will call my credit card company and dispute the charge if needed be. I hate that I have to go this route. I really do wish things would have worked out a lot smoothly. It isn’t an inconvenience to me to have a drink that I cannot drink while eating my meal not only do I have a drink that I cannot drink, but when I asked for a refund, I still cannot get it. Read moreThis is the worst Wendy's I've ever been to. There's a McDonald's a couple blocks away with competent employees and good food. Just go there. I pulled up to place an order at the drive through. After sitting there for probably about 10 minutes, someone tried to take my order over the intercom, but the intercom was so messed up that neither of us could really communicate. The employee just stopped even trying to take my order without saying anything and noone ever even tried to come up to the window or come outside. Once I left and drove by the two cars ahead of me waiting for their orders in the drive through (both there the whole time I was trying to order,) I noticed the customer at the window was asleep at the wheel. Not surprising since they were there, at minimum, 10-15 minutes, but probably a lot longer based on the attempted service I received. Don't expect the employees here to do anything to actually help you. After about 3 visits since moving into this neighborhood, I can seriously say, just go somewhere else. You have...
