Downloaded the app for a late night dinner My daughter and I both use the app to order our food put up to the drive-thru they couldn't find my order they work very willing to help either So I pull around and walk into the store which the door apparently should have been locked and the woman that was talking to the drive-thru came over and was fussing that I was able to come in awkward. She still have problems finding my receipt but eventually did and the young man trying to make the food asking me questions she was hovering over him griping the whole time about where everything goes but he seemed to have it under control. Get my two drink cups and they're out of zero sugar soda of any kind ask her if she could fill it up back there she said no we don't have it My thoughts is that she just didn't want to do it. So we go home with drinks that we paid for and no drink options that we could use. We had ordered two frosty's and one of them was only half full. My large french fry looks like a small french fry and a large box didn't come close to being full and the meat on my burger was so dry that I had to remove the bun to eat it because it was making my mouth pasty. But the attitude the sarcasm the irritation that I got from this female that I don't know she was a manager or not was really degrading. I had to ask for my drink cups and she told me I had to fill them up out there I'm like okay normally they do it behind the counter but I went out & there was no zero sugar soda at all So I went and asked if she could fill it up behind the counter she said they didn't have any there. At this point I was being as nice as I possibly could because I just wanted my food made right so we could go home and eat. The next morning I woke up as soon as they open and asked if they had zero sugar soda available and they said yes So what magic soda person was able to fill it up between last night and opening this morning I don't know pretty sure I was just being lied to so I paid for a drink that I didn't get to use. Actually I paid for food that wasn't really edible and all I got was attitude. So I hope this helps to make your decision find another restaurant or a different Wendy's close by and don't eat here. I have pictures of my food but I don't have the option to upload them for whatever reason If I can figure out how to do that I will put them on here but for now steer clear from this restaurant. Read moreThe service is extremely slow at all times, line or no line. Fries are like wax... Thought i would update as it's been a while. The service has become better and faster. I actually like the fries now. I still think it's overpriced, but what isn't anymore. I used to love the jr. Bacon cheeseburger, but it's gotten so thin that i have to remove the tomato to taste the meat, and then it loses the whole vibe, which i originally liked years ago. Maybe i will buy 2 next time and remove top part of bun on 2nd one and make a double. But then it's basically a $7 burger. I feel they have improved in some ways and the price is on par with most others but again i knock on them for exact same thing. If inflation ever comes down or wages they have to pay post covid do you think they will drop the price? Or return to prior portions? Nope, once you agree to pay that price or that you are willing to pay that price it's done. Maybe they throw in a soda at a cost of 5 cents a cup for them, $3 for you, and you think you're getting a deal. Again this goes for all the competition too. Read moreI recently went to this location about two days and ordered a Dave's triple combo, the next day I was sitting in my porch and became very ill. My stomach was cramping, i was nauseous, begin feeling very weak and like a had a slight fever. To gross to tell everything else, let's just say I was up till around five this morning going back and forth to the bathroom. To makes things worse my wife ordered a meal from the same place yesterday and became very ill last night. Although my symptoms are starting to pass, her's is far from over. We still have portions of our meals to have them tested for any food borne pathogens. I honestly believe this happened because the cook did not do their job correctly. Due to all the bad reviews I've read. Corporate needs to take a hard look at who their trusting to run this location. I'm beyond disappointed at the quality of food.
