I'm a delivery driver for a local company and I ordered a medium Mocha Latte, and when I pulled up to the drive-thru window a female employee and General Manager Jeremy Porter were standing there. The female employee told me that it would take a while to make the Mocha Latte (even though I had already been waiting in line for a while since ordering), and I told the employee that I would wait until the drink was ready. Jeremy Porter gave me a dirty look, and then told the employee, "Don't worry I know his manager." implying he was going to try and get me in trouble for waiting for my drink instead doing what he wanted. I told him directly that I would still wait, and he said he would go get my drink. He then came back roughly 10-20 seconds later and handed me a drink. I should have been suspicious given they just said it would take a while, but naively pulled away. Once on the road i took a drink and realized that he had simply filled it with coffee and some creamer to get me to leave.
After my route I returned and confronted him directly with the coffee. He refused to take a drink of it and told an employee standing nearby to give me a refund without even questioning it because he knew it was coffee. I asked for my receipt from earlier (which they intentionally don't to give you to cut down on complaints), and asked for his district manager's number or corporate's customer service number which he refused to give and smugly stated, "I'm sure you'll figure it out." I told him I was going to pursue this with corporate to which he simply laughed and said, "I guess we'll see what happens."
Clearly, not only does he not care about the customer service he provides, but he also seems to think he doesn't have a boss, and that corporate is a complete joke. After looking at the online reviews he seems to be right, this location consistently gets terrible ratings and nothing seems to be...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI want to start by saying I do love cold stone creamery and Tim Hortons. I go to Tim Hortons all over the place to get coffee and donuts because its a good price and I do a lot of driving in my profession. However, it seems that no matter what time I come in the service is terrible at this location. I've come in about 6/7 times over the past few months and each time I was more disappointed. Started with the food not being fresh -no big deal- it happens. A part of getting fast food. Then my coffees tasted funky and had weird texture. Like they used old creamer or something. I haven't gotten my usual since my 3 or 4th visit because the donuts were always cold and the coffee never seemed to be made correctly. Once again no big deal. To be expected when you're paying for fast food. The last 3 times I went in to get ice cream and had pretty much the same experience. It's getting into the evening. ~7-8pm and the people inside are incredibly rude. They are shutting the store down and don't have any waffle cones. The ice creams are all empty and nobody is able to get you anymore. The staff takes forever to complete basic orders. This time I was told they couldn't serve me a mix of 2 different ice creams and refused to serve me some reese's because it was "too expensive".
I don't mind the small things but consistently not having your main ingredients. Food being made improperly or with poor taste. Inconsistent wait times across the board makes planning difficult and then to be treated poorly because we are disrupting their clean up? I just dont feel that it is being handled very well. Makes it difficult to justify purchasing or even convince my wife to come in to get Ice cream.
Tonight bothered me a lot because it's my wife's birthday and we managed to have poor, sub- par service at both venues. So I won't be returning to...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis place is a joke, time after time do I run into problems, and hoping it would get better the next time. I will never come back to this location and will not recommend anyone here, PERIOD.
This place is a scam, the workers are scamming people as well. When I come through the drive through and order something, I think I would be entitled to what I paid for, instead, they hurry up and give you your food / drinks without a receipt unless you request, only to find out your order is wrong, then management does not want to help you as they basically call you a liar.
I really hope this place gets re-evaluated by the higher-ups, until then you guys deserve no business, what a joke. Rude workers. Cannot even read the sign to find out what you want, pressure into purchase, and get wrong items just to find out you cannot get the order fixed.
Shame on you Tim Hortons of Circleville. I wouldn't come back to this scam filled place if the donuts...
