Joy House Coffee — Restaurant in Circleville

We all have memories from our childhood at the table bright and early with our bowl of cereal. As this coffee house puts Jesus front and center it accomplishes that same feeling! Having made it through Covid the small business has something for everyone! The company opened in January of 2020 and was run by the previous owner Natalie. Upon the world shutting down that March Natalie decided that she didn’t want her dream to die completely with the closing of the business but also made the decision that she couldn’t be the one to own it. As businesses closed for good right and left around her she made the decision to sell the business to the family that owns and runs it now. Located in Our quaint little town of Circleville Ohio. JoyHouse is a bustling business. With people always in and out it is a place of community and family! The employees consistently show the love of Christ as they remember faces, names, and even favorite orders, going so far as having a “costumer of the month”! It is a wonderful spot for people of all ages, races and ethnicity. While it may be a smaller building nestled back in the corner of this small pumpkin loving town they make it easy to include every crowd, having a couch and window seat for friends to come hang out, toys in the corner to keep the kids occupied and plenty of tables for Bible studies homework deep conversation and even their group of regular elderly gentlemen who have formed a coffee club as they call it! As a coffee shop there seems to never be a lack of something for everyone! From the roundrown latte as there year round pumpkin spice to the seasonal such as Apple pie chai, and many other coffee and teas. Don’t like coffee or tea? They have lemonade too! Oh you just want water, try any of their signature toast, yogurt blows or vast array of pastries. Truly something good for every taste bud! Personally I myself as well as I’m sure many of you am a coffee drinker. While I am not a huge fan of chai I am a huge fan of joyhouses iced apple pie chai! It gives me nostalgic memories with each sip as it taste just like that beautiful orange and green Apple Jacks cereal from our child! It seems to never get watered down like so many other iced drinks from other places. Never losing the feeling of childhood whimsy in each caffeinated drink! Ultimately, while being a business that is small in size it is truly massive in impact and reach. Serving something for everyone but for those oh like that warm feeling of nostalgia the apple pie...

8/16/2025 me and my family came into joy house very good looking atmosphere as you walk in and lady that took my order was very friendly and helped break down the menu and was INFORMED they didn’t have a blender which was disappointing but I still ordered for me and my daughter and only thing I changed in my daughter drink was in stead on 3 espresso I just got one and then mine was as the HOUSE CALLED for! And as me and my kids waiting in a hole lobby full chatting it up and having a good time I all of a sudden hear mine name and a women’s voice approaching I stand up as I walk toward her and say that it was mine she VERY rude and SAID IVE SAID UR NAME MANY OF TIMES AS I COULD BARLEY HEAR HER WHEN I HEARD HER THE LAST TIME NEEDLESS TO SAY IDK WHAT EVERYONE SEE IN THIS PLACE BUT I’ll maybe wait a couple months and try again but til then TH would get my...

What an adorable coffee shop! The menu offers many options of milks and flavors, sweet treats, and a wonderful opportunity for all sorts of events. I stopped by to enjoy a gifted new artist on the scene, Travis Ray, play and sing through several decades of hits.

This shop has a sweet atmosphere (fueled by Jesus and coffee), offers free wifi for students and business folks, and delicious coffee. I highly recommend a mocha latte - excellent both hot and iced (I had both!) and available with decaf shots.
